Loving Port Charlotte Fl

The house was very nice, very clean with a beautiful in-ground pool. Communication with the property owner was easy and and very accommodating, easy to talk to. I would recommend to all friends and family and we will stay there again.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this fully furnished beautiful home in October 2024. The heated gunite pool and it's colorful night lighting was a huge plus! Comfortable seating on the lanai with an outdoor TV was very relaxing. A quiet neighborhood and gracious owner made our vacation a great one! Ted was a hugr plus!

Nice Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

This was our first time renting a VRBO and I must say it was a great experience. The house we stayed at was clean in a quiet neighborhood with everything we could possibly need from a gas grill, heated pool beach, chairs, etc.. Our host was very accommodating and checked in a couple times to make sure that we were extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend booking this house.

Our Host was wonderful. Needed to have the batteries in the door lock change so we wouldn’t have a problem. Worked with us for a time that was great. Told us any issues to let him know and he get them fixed. Our stay was wonderful! The house was nicely stocked. The pool and the lanai were awesome! My husband loved the pool! Very warm and clean.

Amazing Place

I highly recommend this property. Quiet yet close to everything you need. Wonderful pool with tv in the Lanai. Bluetooth speakers. Tvs everywhere. Comfortable rooms. We didn't see any neighbours except to occasional wave hello. And amazing property owners who were helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Older home but nice. I can't say enough about this place.

Well appointed well cared for property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fins Up. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to prepare and cook meals- which we did a lot. The pool and lanai was awesome. The open concept was very nice. The bedrooms were all a good size with large TV's in 2 of the 3. Another bonus was you deal directly with the owners should there be an issue or question. They responded virtually immediately. We are staying again next yr.

Relaxing Christmas with friends

We are a tough “5 star” giver. Nothing really unexceptable. Not ultra upscale, but not priced that way. Pool was very nice. Lots of TVs. Safe neighborhood. We certainly have no regrets in picking this place for 11 days. We were 2 couples, so the master on one side of the house with the other bed/bath opposite the kitchen and great room made it feel like we each had our own space. Owner was very helpful and ready for any issues (which there were none). I would not hesitate in recommending this place. Our 4th VRBO in Florida.

Everything was clean and well thought out. Nice touches everywhere, for example, extra blankets, towels, pool towels, there were ziplock bags, a grill on the lanai, just anything we could have needed. Erin, the host, was very responsive with questions and very communicative. If ever I'm in of a rental in Port Charlotte again, I will try to stay here!
