Great apartment, great location, great host

The listing says it all. A luxurious apartment right in the center of South Beach. Host is responsive, answered all my questions, and dealt with a minor issue we had promptly. Would stay here again.

Great spot for Holiday family gathering!

Beautiful place that’s ideally located for a holiday gathering in SoBe over New Years :-)Property owner provided clear & timely responses, and the local building manager was also available whenever needed. We’re already planning our next trip to come back !

Amazing property with a few quirks

This penthouse is lovely with a great location, incredible views, and comfortable accommodations. We had as great time but we note a few quirks that are not advertised on the listing. 1) The penthouse elevator does not operation from midnight to 10am. This makes it difficult for elderly family to get in and out if you have a late night or early occasion. Instead they have use stairs and walk around the building to a second elevator. 2) The electrical circuit in the kitchen island was broken so there was only 1 outlet--this made it hard to use multiple appliances when cooking. 3) A few towel racks were broke or ripped out of the wall (just minor repairs needed but still annoying when you would reach for a towel). 4) There is 1 King bed and the others were listed as Queens but felt like full size beds. Just something to note if your party has large guests staying.
