Home was even better than we expected. Plenty of space and very comfortable for our family - the pool, hot tub and proximity to the downtown area was everything we wanted.

Very comfortable home right in town, but feels like the countryside. Beautiful outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the deck and pool. Saw tons of birds and a few deer including a couple of babies.

Great property, Hearing the cows in the distance was a nice county feel. Deer all around eating thru the day and night. The pool/ hot tub and amenities were great. The house had all you needed. The front was all I would ask for more privacy bit also understand the situation

Loved our stay at this property. The house and yard were a great experience. Also very close to Main Street with easy access at all times. Would very much stay here again

We enjoyed our time here. I really appreciate that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We all enjoyed the nice back porch and large lawn with big beautiful trees. Too cold for the pool, but we did make time for the hot tub. The home is very close to all the food and shopping in downtown Fredericksburg.

We had a great time. The house, etc were great. The host was very attentive and responsive. This is a must stay place if you go to Fredricksburg.

Our 3 night stay in Aspen was perfect in this condo bedroom & bath. A light breakfast was provided and coffee, tea etc were available all day in a comfortable lobby. We spent all day out sightseeing, therefore we didn't need more than a clean bedroom and bath. One really nice perk that we didn't expect was the Aspen City Van transportation that was available within a short time by using the "RIDE RF" app. The condo manager told us about the app. The drivers were friendly and helpful and took us anywhere we wished within the main city. It was free but we tipped each time. Parking is very congested & a van ride was a better alternative! City buses were also readily available and convenient. We enjoyed the Silver Queen Gondola ride (amazing views), a visit to Maroon Bells National Forest, the John Denver Sanctuary and many delicious meals at quaint restaurants. It was a great visit for my group of 3 friends.

Beautiful & Quiet

The property was exactly as described and very cozy. Huge yard with lots privacy and an easy walk to downtown. We loved it!

Beautiful house and the backyard is amazing. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and again in the evening. The house had everything we could possibly need. We want to come stay again in the summer so we can use the beautiful pool!

Fabulous property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Close to restaurants, shops and bars. The pool was fabulous. Comfy beds, and each room had an en-suite.

Girls trip

Everything was perfect for a short girls getaway! The rain even held off until we had to leave so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Charming and Fun

The house is beautiful and has a charming Texas feel. Beds were comfy and the amenities were exactly as described. We really enjoyed the patio and pool! Everything was clean and there was great communication from the host.

what a great place for a girls trip. 3 bed 3 bath everyone had there own bathroom.... the pool and yard is fantastic. walkable to main street but yet you feel like your in the country

Wonderful experience

Excellent location. Short walk to Main Street and local attractions. Very comfortable house with lots of seating and dining space. The pool and other amenities were as advertised. All three couples who stayed here were very pleased with the house and grounds. All said they would stay here again.

Most enjoyable stay

We loved the house and its setting in the back. The neighborhood in the front was questionable. The location was close to downtown and to everything we wanted to do. The layout of the house was excellent and made for an easy stay- quiet, efficient, beautiful! We recommend this beautiful house!
