**THIS IS AN OLD SCHOOL SMALL COTTAGE AN IDEAL SIZE FOR 2 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN**

This true beach cottage on the front row on Lake Michigan's Magnificent Mile, beautiful beachfront with only a slope to the shore, no steps to endure. Live on the beach or walk to town for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Bring all the float toys you want or even pull your boat or jet ski right up to our shore for the day, it's your choice. Enjoy an adult beverage on our private beach during the day or a fine bottle of wine at your bonfire after the sun goes down. We've spent many a night watching the sun go down, gazing at the stars. When not on the beach hang on our common area large deck or in our quaint cottage with views of the lake. This is one of the original South Haven cottages that has been meticulously maintained to meet the needs of every beach-goer looking for a unique and special experience. We upgraded the amenities and left the charm. Best for small family or friends getaway. Ideal for 2 adults and up to 4 children.

Sisters in SoHa

12th annual sisters trip. The cottage is perfect, from the direct views of the beach and lake, to the fully stocked and cleaned cottage. We love it here! Close to town, located on a beautiful section of beach and the owner is very responsive to our calls.

Another great week

Location, location, location! Can get any better than right on the beach. Fully equipped with necessities and the sunsets are amazing. So close to walk into town to enjoy the great restaurants and shopping. Great experience!

Beautiful beach cottage

Perfect weekend with my Mom. Steps away from the beach and a short drive to downtown. The sunsets were magical and loved waking up to the sounds of the wave! Even saw a deer crossing through!! Property was clean and nicely decorated. Host was communicative and friendly- hoping to return next year!

A week in paradise

Cottage #1 is a wonderful, warm and so comfortable. There is everything you need especially when cooking! Location is perfect! After over 25 years, I keep going back and looking for what has been changed, added or improved. It’s my week in heaven❤️❤️❤️

Best location!

We started our summer with a stay in South Haven. This was our first time and I think we set the bar very high staying at the cottage right on the beach. Amazing views, easy to get around! We loved fires on the beach, eating meals on the deck, and the kids loved being right on the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped.

What a gem!

We loved the location, sense of community, and proximity to downtown. The bungalow had ample supplies and a gorgeous view from the living/dining area. We would love to come back to this place for years to come!

Great cottage, great stay

Thank you for a fun week. We loved the place and it was great being right on the beach. It seems simple and silly but I loved having a the little hooks to hang things. We will try and come to back!

Beach Cottage Extraordinaire!

This is our 3rd year at this wonderful “beach cottage! Just a few steps and your toes are in the sand… a few more steps and your feet are in the water. You couldn’t get much closer or have a better view and stunning sunsets! I can’t say enough about the hosts Anne & Gregg! Hopefully 🤞we will be back next spring! Thank you both❣️

Fantastic Stay! *****

Property was great. Quiet during quiet hours for the kids, and you cannot beat being steps away from the beach. We will definitely be returning. Had a little hiccup with our room not being clean when we arrived but went to dinner, came back and it was ready. Host very accommodating! Loved that the couch had a pull out bed and gave the kids a little more space to spread out! Thank you for a wonderful week, and unforgettable memories that were made.

Amazing view and the cottage couldn't be any more charming!

This is a WONDERFUL little cottage! You are directly on the beach with the most fantastic views! Even though it was chilly when we stayed, we walked the beach and would just warm up by their fireplace afterwards. My sister and I came with my Mom, who just found out she's in remission, and it was the perfect place to restore one's soul. Thank you!!
