We are sorry the condo disappointed. We have learned over the years that some families are better suited to resorts/hotels which is perfectly fine. The AC unit is brand new, installed in May. I offered to have a service call, but you declined asking for us to wait until you were gone. I was unaware of the filter until AFTER you had replaced it. There were replacement filters on site…if only you had asked. The second floor closet is full of gear. That is factual. It is filled with gear that the majority of our guests want and use. (Baby crib, portable play pen, etc) The master closet however stores only a vacuum and the bunk room stores a box fan. These closets have ample room. I cannot comment on the bed linens as I was not there. We rarely get complaints on cleaning. Again, had you mentioned it at any point prior to this review, I would have made the cleaners return. We put a lot of effort into maintaining our property. Some examples include: Quarterly appliance inspections, quarterly deep cleans, new AC, new washing machine. The bikes are functional, you just need to use the pump (on site) to air up the tires as they slowly loose air in the garage. The sliding doors are heavy intentionally. Small Children should not be able to access a deck alone. Sorry your child found himself in that situation. I’m glad no one was injured. The garage is neither advertised or listed for parking. And we do not advertise an elevator. I’m not sure where you found this misinformation, but it’s possible it’s a software glitch in VRBOs platform. I wish you luck with your next vacation.
