The host is very welcoming! The place is very clean and cozy. Lots of extras in the cupboards if you forget anything for your stay. The bed is really comfortable, shower is wonderful, the neighborhood is really quiet.

Great space and great price. It had everything we needed and is child friendly. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Nice neighbourhood, and close to everything. Will stay here again in the future.

Quiet and relaxing stay :)

My stay here was quiet and relaxing, I was taking a course nearby and had everything I needed. The host was super helpful with a delivery mishap I had while I was there, will definitely stay again when I return if it’s available.

The stay was great, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coming from rural Saskatchewan, I enjoy the quiet. The suite felt homey with all the personal touches. Would highly recommend! And would definitely stay again!

Well maintained home away from home

Excellent, have used this property many times ,owner always helpful, quiet residential. Easy access around sherwood park, and freeway to edmonton area.

Everything was perfect, including host Jean. I’ve stayed all over western Canada in rentals and Jean’s was my favourite by far. The part that mattered most to me was the quiet. Staying in a basement suite is usually a noisy situation. I hardly heard a sound. Would definitely stay here again

Another Great Stay!

This was my husband's 3rd booking for this property as he's working in the area. The apartment & host are warm and accommodating. A great little gem in the heart of Sherwood Park for you to feel at home in while you're away from your own.

Welcoming and Accommodating

The host is lovely to rent from. This is my husband's 2nd stay and we look forward to continuing to utilize the rental throughout his work project nearby. The place is clean, specious, quiet and well equipped.

Lovely as always

This is the second time I’ve arranged for family to stay at Jean’s BNB. As always, the basement suite is extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. The location is quiet, and especially convenient for someone looking to visit friends and loved ones living in the Edmonton area.

Comfortable & Welcoming

My husband was traveling to the area for work and we were looking for something a bit more like home than a hotel stay. The apartment came with everything he needed for his stay to be comfortable, even sugar for his coffee! The host checked in via text the day of arrival and after checkout, which was appreciated. We look forward to booking the apartment again soon!

Let me tell you about some of the many choices that Jean considered that make our stay so enjoyable. Kleenex, paper towels and an ample amount of towels were provided. A supply of coffee, tea, sugar and basic cooking supplies as well as enough dishes to actually cook a respectable meal puts this B'nb miles above the rest. There is nothing worse than choosing an air b'nb because you want to make some of your meals, and enjoy a non-hotel breakfast and then having to either buy basic supplies like oil, salt and pepper etc., all of which are inconvenient to cart around when travelling to say nothing of having to guess what kind of coffee machine you will find. Lastly we appreciated that your home was spotlessly clean.
