Welcome to V700 Ranch Guesthouse! We have designed this space to provide you with the ultimate luxury ranch experience.
As you enter the guesthouse, you will be greeted by the stunning copper countertops in the kitchen area. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or take them outside to the pergola, surrounded by fragrant citrus trees.

A wonderful place for a relaxing vacation!

This was one of the best VRBOs we've visited. Clearly thought was given to every detail. We brought our small terrier and he loved sitting on the window seat and looking out. We found the bed very comfortable, and appreciated the full kitchen and eco-friendly bath cleansers. We had planned to hike at Inks Lake, but the weather was cold and wet so instead we enjoyed the many magazines, books, TV, and puzzles that were kindly available. We enjoyed meeting our hosts and hope to visit again when the weather is more agreeable. We came home feeling relaxed and happy!

Perfect Hill Country Oasis

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was incredible! The views of the hill country were amazing and we loved walking around the property with her dog. It was the perfect secluded oasis with all the amenities you could need! Chic and Gay were the nicest hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them during our stay. They were also extremely dog friendly. We definitely plan to come back again in the future!

Understated

We loved this beautiful and comfortable home, which is well outfitted in perfect taste. The outdoor settings are spacious and relaxing, with plenty of shade, plants, wildlife and great views. Although we had plans to explore the local area from the get-go, we decided to stay on the property the first day just to enjoy it. The hosts were kind and hospitable as well. We hope to come back.

Very Peaceful & Welcoming Hosts

Perfect spot if you want to get away from it all. Great set up for indoor or outdoor use. The owners were extremely welcoming & kind - makes me want to definitely come back and share with my husband. Comfortable king size bed is a plus! The place is all by itself on a hill with great views, in between Marble Falls & Kingsland. Although hot summer days, it was cooler up there ‘cause it’s pretty breezy. They welcome dogs and my pup loved chasing the large grasshoppers. I’d say the only downfall is that your car comes back pretty dirty ‘cause of the dirt road and big bugs. 😉

Fantastic ranch property close to the lake

Perfect place for our father-daughter weekend at the lake. Everything you could want for a quick getaway, I am coming back and packing a lot less because they have it all! Even the coffee is great - thank you so much guys!

Couldn’t Have Asked For More

The location of this property was perfect for our trip. It gave us access to all the locations we wanted to visit. The property is situated on a hillside looking down over some of the local towns. It was a very well Appointed and we didn’t find that we lacked anything during our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We had a sense of privacy while at the same time knew that we could ask for anything we Needed. We spent the better part of one day just hanging around the property, it’s a very pleasant place to be. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful Getaway

If I had known this place was on the second floor and had about 20 steps, would not have rented it but so glad I did! Very unique getaway in a remote location, passed longhorn cows, horses and fields of bluebonnets and other wildflowers on the roads leading there through a ranch. Thought it would be hard to find but wasn’t, very detailed directions given. Had beautiful views of the ranch, all sorts of interesting touches in the house, owner lives next door and was very helpful. Nice kitchen, good bed, rained every day we were there but the patio was quite lovely, lots of hill country plants. We enjoyed looking at some of the many books there, a book of photos of the wildflowers through the seasons, histories of the area, etc. Would definitely stay there again, very nice getaway for a couple and there is a little room with a twin bed for a third person.

Return Visit

This is the most perfect place for us to stay as we try and take care of business in the area. Take a bottle of wine it is the best thing to do at the end of the day rain or shine.

Luxury Stay- 5 Stars

What a wonderful hideaway for my husband and I as we celebrated our first weekend as empty nesters. This property had every luxurious special touch you could imagine. The decor and accommodations were a feast for the senses with unique and classy home decor, scented sprays of essential oils, yummy smelling and tasting coffees and teas as well. We stayed warm and cozy in a large king bed with extravagant bedding during a rare Texas ice storm. Warm shower and comfortable sofa and chairs lounge to snuggle in and watch TV. We had a wonderful time and thank the hosts for their extraordinary hospitality. I wish we could have enjoyed the solo stove/firepit and more hikes. Our Bernedoodle Mags was also right at home and even received her own welcome message on the kitchen island chalkboard.
