Beachfront Condo on the Fourth Floor at Island Royale/Keyless entry
Lovely 4th floor condo with a perfect view of the beach and surf. It has a 9 foot ceiling that gives it an open and airy feel, and a large curved balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom.
This is a well equipped and well maintained beach front property in the quieter West Beach area of Gulf Shores. It is also close to good restaurants, souvenir shops and a convenience store just across the street.
Kitchen has granite counter tops, new kitchen appliances and is fully stocked with cookware and cooking utensils for those who enjoy cooking at home.

*** Living room sofa opens to a queen size bed.
*** Utility room with new full size washer and dryer

Island Royals building is a fully equipped, modern complex with a Gym, Sauna and Steam room on the third floor. Heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools and an indoor and outdoor hot tubs. A grilling area is available for guests with charcoal grills.
Why the Owner Chose Island Royale:
Our first visit to Gulf Shores was an amazing find for both of us and when we found our condo we fell in love with it and the feeling of comfort and warmth it provided. Knowing that we live and work in Texas will prevent us from enjoying the place year round, we decided to share it with others and hopefully it will give you the peace and tranquility we experience every time we visit.

Great condo, great location. Host was very kind and great about helping out and returning phone calls to answer any questions we had. We will most definitely stay here again. Balcony beach view was perfect and the condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Thank you!

The property was lovely and right on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Hiam was very responsive to any questions we had and got back to us immediately. I highly recommend this condo!

Excellent stay, with a beautiful and well maintained condo. We had a blast heading down to the beach, watching sunsets, and using the condo as a home base for the week. Highly recommended, and family friendly.

Our stay was lovely! We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The beach chairs in the condo were a super nice convenience so we didn't have to take up trunk space. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and in-unit washer and dryer were fantastic for wet towels to be refreshed after each beach day! Hosts were also great with communication. Highly recommend!

We have booked this same condo many times and as long as it’s available, we will continue to do so. We love everything about it. The views, the location, access to the beach, the hosts are wonderful as well.

Great Stay!
We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very nice and clean, within walking distance to everything we needed, and met all of our needs. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property over looking the ocean. Easy access to the beach and had places close to be able to go eat. The recliner was really nice to have. The deck seating was nice.

Our first visit to Gulf Shores was an amazing find for both of us and when we found our condo we fell in love with it and the feeling of comfort and warmth it provided. Knowing that we live and work in Texas will prevent us from enjoying the place year round we thought why not share it with others and hopefully it will give you the peace and tranquility we experience every time we visit. Here are few deciding factors we considered when making this condo our second home: The sound of the surf. The beach is right there at your fingertips!! Nine foot ceiling gives our home a roomy feel. None of that trapped in a shoe box feeling. Elegantly furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay Our condo is on the fourth floor. Close enough to hear the surf, but not too high to cause a nose bleed. The complex is very well equipped with an indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Wide roomy balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Additionally, we provide services such as wireless internet access inclusive in the rental rates.
