Beachfront East End Penthouse Located On The 9th Floor With Two Balconies
Please note my unit 901 is for ADULTS ONLY as follows - Three Adults Maximum, 25 and older, which includes Occupants and Guests.
Located at 1117 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, I purchased this unit in the Spring of 2018 and began remodeling and redecorating at that time and continue to update today as needed. The unit is a Wonderful 9th Floor East End Penthouse Unit with two private balconies. The main balcony off the living room looks South over the Gulf and the second balcony off the master bedroom looks North over Little Lagoon. This is a beautiful and modern, low density complex with one assigned parking spot underneath the building (parking for 2 vehicles maximum with valid dated parking pass). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living and dining area has a 55 inch Smart TV, couch, recliner and kitchen table. The condo offers one king master suite with a 48 inch TV, private bath and a stunning private balcony. The second bedroom is a queen with a 32" smart TV. The complex also has a private swimming pool and hot tub accessible only by Key Fob which I provide for my guests and is for Seacrest Guests and Owners only. There is also a gazebo and two stainless steel charcoal grills just outside the pool area on the West side of the building.
SMOKING NOT ALLOWED in my unit, common areas and all limited common areas which INCLUDES BALCONIES..
PETS NOT ALLOWED by guests.

Very clean & well stocked. Smaller/quiet complex with the perk of reserved parking. No issues overall! We loved staying here for a few days.

The room was perfect for our stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the room stayed nice and cool. The elevators were fast and the beach was easy to access. Would recommend this condo for your next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was clean and nicely remodeled. The floor plan gives you the oceanfront view from the balcony off the main living area, and a nice canal/harbor view from the primary bedroom balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms exceeded our expectations for the very affordable price we paid. The included reserved parking spot in the garage level was a great bonus. Communication with the David and Angie was fantastic! They responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Gulf Shores

Immaculate! Must be careful with this Property as it deserves. Owner is very kind and takes great pride in this property and expects other to respect this unit. It is wonderful.Gorgeous view. Renovations and remodel looks as if it was just completed. Will not disappoint!

This property was just as advertised in the listing. Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a wonderful view of the ocean, both on the balcony and from the living area. My husband and I loved it.

Both balconies had beautiful views and comfortable furniture. Unit was spacious and well appointed. We liked the location that was near all the action but not too busy. Comfortable beds and bedding and everything you needed was there. We’re looking forward to returning next year.

When I sold my home I invested first in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) then Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351) then Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724). All three properties are located within a half mile of each other on West Beach Blvd. I have totally remodeled and updated all three units and I personally manage, clean and maintain them and live only 5 miles away.
