We had a wonderful stay! Our own parking and there were no stairs, very important since we had my elderly Mom and Dad with us. Location was in the middle of everything so the drive was never far.

This place was great for our family. The 2 and 4 year olds loved the bunkroom. The location was good for quick drive to the beach with their sand chairs annd toys. Short walk to the downtown. We enjoyed the fire pit . Highly recommend nearby Pedro’s taco carryout best breakfast burritos and carne asada tacos ever!!!

Great property!

Beautiful, clean home, very spacious rooms with a nice main area and kitchen. In a nice, walkable area with close proximity to restaurants, shops, and beaches. Property manager was very communicative and quick to help with internet problems.

Great vacation in San Clemente

We were very comfortable in our Apt A. We were very impressed the kitchen had everything we needed. The information binder was great with details. We would book it again in the future😊

It was perfect!

The location and the unit itself was perfect for what we needed for our trip. It was comfortable and no detail was left out! The host really thought of everything. I was really appreciative of the responsiveness of the host when I had questions, even though the answers were in a welcome book, that I overlooked, in plain sight in the unit, haha. Highly recommend this rental! Great for families!

Perfection

Property was beautiful & had added special touches. Comfortable bed & all the amenities of home. We would definitely book again. Only downside was upstairs neighbors were very heavy walkers & a child was running late at night. Even with that we would stay again.

Beautifully clean property about a 1 mile walk to the beach. Completely remodeled unit, with modern decor. Plenty of space for our family of 6 traveling with 4 teens. The unit is the bottom floor of a 3 apartment/condo unit and so the people above were quite noisy to us down below even just their walking or toddler running was enough to wake us up early even if it wasn’t intended.Rental was well stocked with kitchen items which we used to prepare meals. And they even included additional dishwasher tablets that other places we’ve stayed have only provided 1. Owner was extremely responsive and came by to change batteries on the lock within an hour of me notifying him. Loved the property! Definitely recommend even with the noise above.

Clean & modern

The condo is beautifully done with nice spacious bedrooms and a nice family room & kitchen. It’s clean and has everything you need for your family trip. The location is nice to walk to downtown San Clemente. It’s a hike to the beach but not bad at all. The people in the upstairs unit appear to live there full time. They are loud and walk heavy (and kids run) which makes it noisy during the day. I ended up sick for much of the trip so that was frustrating when I was trying to rest.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't feel well during your stay. If you had reached out to us, we certainly could asked the tenants above to be more attentive to the noises.

West coast wedding

We traveled from NC to celebrate our Son's wedding. The stay was pleasant. I was disappointed with the parking situation. The neighbors chose to use our parking spot at one point. They had guests over that blocked our rental car another time. We chose to walk to our destination instead of creating a conflict. In addition, they woke us up early every morning. The owner was very helpful when we reached out for assistance . The location was perfect and could walk to most restaurants and the pier. Resp reseptivemr g
