Had a great time at this property. The home was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beach was right around the corner and we felt safe and comfortable walking there and in the area. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. We cooked a couple dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen. It had everything we needed and then some. Would definity stay there again. The host, Mike, was great responding to our messages before and during our stay!

We loved our stay at this home. This home in San Clemente was perfect for our son's wedding at the Casino. It was convenient to everything in the area, with a trolley stop nearby to reach the main street and pier. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The communication was excellent and on point with everything we needed, including during a power outage on the morning of the wedding. We will be back for anything in San Clemente.

Great place, awesome location

We fell in love with this place and surrounding area. Had a great time and loved the ease of check in, check out and great communication. Definitely recommend this spot!

Great place to stay. Close to everything you need for a beach vacation

Once again great place all that pictures showed. Only downfall is all the stairs, but if you want a view and a beautiful home it is well worth it

Great condo, awesome location

I loved staying in San Clemente and at the condo. It is very spacious, comfy and clean. Looking forward to staying there again. Would highly recommend.

Joyful stay

My family and I enjoyed this property because of its location and the spacious living room and balcony. The house was clean, updated and equipped with all toiletries and cooking supplies. The beach was short walk and there was a cute French cafe along the walk that was tasty and quaint.I recommend this property for your next beach stay.

This property was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed. We were literally two blocks from the beach trail. I highly recommend this property!

Beach was close, be ready for the uphill on the stairs! Everything you needed for the beach! Beautiful patio view, spacious for the family and great location!

Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

This beautiful condo was the perfect place for my family and I to stay while attending a family wedding. Plenty of space, super clean, clear information, and an easy walk to the beach (and the wedding venue) for us. Very pleased with our stay.

Beach vacation

Great location, easy access to beach, easy parking, pictures represent property well. Very well equipped with all your beach day needs. We would definitely stay here again. A lot of stairs but a good workout!

Great location and space, lots of stairs

Really great location in beautiful San Clemente! Loved the open spaces, including 2 great balconies. Be ready to get your steps in because the stairs up to the front door are numerous! Really nice stay for my family and I.

Great Spot

Loved this house and was perfect for a girls trip to visit friends with small and big kids in tow! Walkable to beach and coffee and outdoor deck is amazing! Large walk in closet fits pack n play which came with the house!

Great location!

Good property for families except for the number of stairs to reach your unit. The restaurants and beach were in walking distance as well as some hiking trails. Great playgrounds for the young ones. Great restaurants for the parents. We loved the ability to park the car and enjoy the ambiance and the recreational options.

Great spot!

Our family enjoyed this house so much! Very spacious, comfortable and equipped with just about anything you would need during your stay. Location was convenient and a short walk to the beach. Balconies were inviting and had great views! This property does have almost 50 stairs to enter the front door so be prepared for that.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The place is clean and the well- stocked kitchen was really convenient! The two patios are amazing. If you need to contact Vacasa, I would call instead of message them because they don’t respond. The stairs gave us a good workout ; pack light!

Close to Beach

Property is short walk to Pico Beach. Well-kept, clean, comfortable beds. Was impressed with how well-equipped kitchen was. Also bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even complimentary laundry detergent!

San Clemente Condo with parking

My group of (5) over 60 adults had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the restrooms and kitchen had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. There are 48 steps to the front door, but once you get there it is a lovely place to be and very quiet. Nice balconies too for grilling or just chilling out. We would definitely stay there again.
