UNOBSTRUCTED WHITE WATER VIEW! Right across from the PIER

Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed, white-water and pier views from your living room and private balcony. This condominium is located in the FAMOUS San Clemente Pier Bowl and is steps to the pier and FABULOUS Fisherman's Restaurant where you can enjoy San Clemente sunsets at their finest. Beautiful antique shops and quaint village shopping is all within walking distance.

This unit has recently been completely redecorated and everything is new and beautiful. The master bedroom offers "5-star hotel like" elegance with king-size sleeping accommodations and a private bath. The secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a hall bath with the third bedroom which offers two twin bunk bed sets brightly decorated for children's amusement!

The Coaster (Amtrak) stops daily at the pier and will transport travelers to San Diego where you can catch local transportation to Del Mar Racetrack, world-famous San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, Sea World, or Old Town San Diego... even the Mexican border town Tijuana! To the north of us Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and Universal Studios also await.

With steps to the beach and covered picnic/barbecue area you are sure to enjoy your San Clemente vacation! We love our San Clemente home and want you to enjoy it as much as we do!

Prices quoted are for parties of 4. For parties of 5 or more, there may be an additional nominal charge, as our expenses increase accordingly. I am happy to answer any questions. I will do my best to accommodate any special requests and be flexible with dates, length of stay and price when possible.

Wonderful retreat in San Clemen

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Great location and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Beach/shopping and restaurants. Quiet condo with a large deck and the ocean view! Comfortable beds and Angela provided all the amenities for a perfect stay Thank you!

Wonderful location in San Clemente!

We love this location! So close to the beach, shopping on Del Mar and the SC Pier. The place was spacious, clean and you can’t beat the ocean view! We’ll be coming back again, for sure.

Great location

Beautiful ocean front view. Great location. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck and taking it all in and would stay here again if in San Clemente.

Amazing View!

The condo was bigger than we expected and incredibly comfy! We loved listening to the ocean and watching the sunset from the spacious balcony. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The host was very helpful but really the condo already had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy! You will not regret booking this gem!

Gorgeous views in San Clemente - near the pier

Great 3 bedroom beach condo. Allowed to stay next to rest of the family staying in hotel rooms near the pier. Angela went above and beyond to accommodate our group.

Perfect San Clemente Getaway

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in San Clemente this is it!! Very centrally located to everything you need. Including walking distance to the best beach in town. Fishermen’s restaurant is also walking distance which has an amazing happy hour and dinner menu!! Thank you for the amazing time!!

Perfect Location

Clean and spacious condo that is in the perfect location. Beautiful ocean view and in walking distance from shopping, good food and great trails. Very relaxing to just be on the balcony, listening to the waves and reading a book. It was our second time here, and when we need our ocean-fix, we hope to return to Angela’s beautiful beach home!

We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night!

Angela's property was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway...clean, comfortable and just a short walk to the pier. We arrived to ironed sheets on the bed and when Angela heard it was our anniversary, she even left us a bottle of margarita in the fridge! Watching the sunrise and surfers from the broad balcony and hearing the ocean waves all night was our favorite part.

Paradise!!

This property was amazing. Angela was so nice and so patient with us finding our way there! The property has the most amazing ocean view and easy walk to the beach! The pool and jacuzzi were sublime! It was a truly relaxing memorable stay; I will be returning and I would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much Angela!

Great views and location!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Angela left an amazing welcome gift and was always readily available with any questions we had. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and had many beach towels and games. We came as a family with our small children and the bunk beds were a huge hit. We will definitely come back and stay again! If you are in doubt just book it now because you will not regret it!!

San Clemente by the Beach

Our experience at Angela's condo was just wonderful, the pics do not fully convey the beach vibe or the bright and open floor plan. Angela is a great communicator and is eager to help make your stay a great experience. Do not pass this listing up if you want a view and an easy walk to the beach, parking is a dream and shopping is close by as well as great restaurants. You get it all with this property.

4th of July family trip

The condo was amazing! Better than the pictures. This was our annual family trip to San Clemente for the 4th of July and have stayed in other units in this complex. We all agreed this was the best we have stayed in and look forward to renting again. The unit is comfortable for a large group and also allows for privacy. There is a lot of attention to details not to mention a great view. Angela was great to work with and very accommodating.

Pier condo

Communication was excellent and welcoming. The condo is in the perfect location for surfing or walking to restaurants or shops. You will not need to bring or buy and essentials, because you are provided with ample supplies. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The seating in the living area is extremely comfortable with space to spare. Warm and cozy blankets are provided to add additional comfort. You just can’t go wrong renting this place! Look forward to returning soon.

Great Stay!

We loved this condo for our annual girlfriend trip! The view is fabulous and the balcony is just perfect. Great place for breakfast and pre dinner cocktails. The beds are super comfortable and we slept incredibly well. Since it's on the ocean, the inside can get humid, so we really appreciated the dehumidifier. It did its job well. Many owners don't think of this, so it was a welcome addition. We met Angela on our first day, so that was fun. Great communicator! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

All good

The owner Angela was fantastic the unit is awesome the only small drawback was the heating situation was not explained to us you have to use a space heater back in the master bedroom and there's a fire electric fireplace in the living room and only one wall heater out of the four in the unit worked, there is no central heating air conditioning HVAC in the unit I guess because of the age. other than that it was awesome thank you Angela we would stay again.
