12-15 to downtown STL & The Arch - The Zoo is Blair's Favorite!

The Space:
The space well equipped with essentials and things you may not have totally thought of.

Each bedroom closet will come with the following:

All 3 bedrooms located upstairs.

Cozy bed with fresh sheets, pillows and quilt covers.
HD Smart TV - log into your favorite streaming service (some bedrooms do not have TVs)
Dresser with drawers
Nightstand(s) with USB charging lamp.

One Full bathroom with shower/tub located upstairs will come with the following:

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.

Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.

The Neighborhood:
Nice safe quite neighborhood in South St. Louis City near Carondelet Park

Getting Around:
Please feel free to park in the street out front or the driveway in the rear of the property.

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely NO parties or gatherings of any kind.

Our maximum occupancy per the city is 7 (Seven)

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will observe guests privacy during stay with little to no face-to-face interaction. We are available for any need that may arise.

The blair house

The blair house worked out very well for us. We had a family member at Barnes Hospital for over a month. It was less then 20 minutes away. The neighborhood was very quiet as we had family members sleeping during the day and night. The house was very clean. Matt was always available if we had questions.

Wonderful stay near St. Louis atteactions

We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly what we expected, and the kids loved the game room. Very clean and neighbors were friendly. But it was a little touches… toiletries in the bathroom, USB outlets on the nightstand lamps, laundry baskets in the bedrooms, child friendly utensils that made the stay feel homie. Would definitely book again.

Family friendly home in quiet neighborhood

My family (kids ranging from 2-10, myself and husband) enjoyed our stay at Blair’s House. It was very clean and all the furnishings seemed brand new. My kids LOVED the game room in the basement and we did too, because it kept them busy during any down time we had. The beds were super comfortable as well (and we are fairly picky about that). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Updated vintage

Extremely well equipped updated home. Modem appliances and furnishings made for a comfortable stay and vintage touches like original stained glass windows made it warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Short visit

Home was exactly as described online. Loved that there was coffee bar and snacks provided by host. Although we didn’t utilize game room it would be great for a family with teens. This was a quick trip for us but my husband has said he would love to come back and stay in this property again (and I agree with him). Matt was great at communication and his home is beautiful!

A Lovely Home

This is a beautiful property with lots of space for guests in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood that is not far from local sites and near plenty of great restaurants. We had a lovely stay and Matt was very accommodating with our schedule and stayed in touch throughout our stay.

Invented Hospitality

Let me tell you about Matt and Blair and Blair’s House! Matt and Blair are the perfect example of hospitality, they invented the word! The location of the historic home was perfect, close enough to the hip historical Main Street and all its shops,restaurants, and nightlife, but yet it was nestled enough in a quiet neighborhood that the nightlife wasn’t bothersome. Matt and Blair did a great job preserving many historical elements in the home , and they have quite the Design Eye! The home feels really cozy and is fabulously decorated, and VERY well stocked with everything you might need, all you need is your clothes. You can walk in and relax or they have family fun nights in the bottom level with arcade games, ping pong, and a big screen tv. This home and our stay was the absolute hands down best experience we’ve had with a Vrbo!!! Matt and Blair truly go above and beyond being just a business, they make sure the entire experience and stay is comfortable and easy going. We will definitely stay at one of the Blairs House again, they will absolutely be our first pick anytime we are in the area!! When we left it felt like we’ve known Matt and Blair forever and we never even met Blair and Matt we met once. I promise you you will never regret or could go wrong staying at one of the Blairs House homes. Thank you so very much Matt and Blair for everything both of you are truly amazing people!!
