Beautiful 3bed/3ba home in West Highlands, 3 Blocks to Tennyson St. & Everything

My very comfortable home is nicely furnished and the yard well-maintained. Three blocks to lively Tennyson St. with multiple great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, shops, bakeries, groceries, dry cleaners, and a park with hoops/jungle gyms, and a big grassy area. Private & fenced grassy backyard with patio. Lots of windows, office with French doors, free wi-fi, Bluetooth music player, 65" TV on a lift in the family room, primary bedroom jacuzzi tub, large dining room, extra chairs & stools on site. It's a very fun neighborhood and the house is built to entertain, gatherings are fine but please do not host large/loud parties, and please be respectful of and careful with the property, etc. Downtown Denver 10 min., Red Rocks 20 min., multiple major ski resorts 1 hr., 35 min. from DIA. The garage is not part of the rental.

Great location and accurate description of the house. Owner is super responsive and came right over when the jetted tub wasn’t working and fixed it. Would highly recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend in Denver! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Tennyson Street and with easy access to I-70.Our host was incredibly responsive and even let us check in early as soon as the home was ready. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver!

This exceptional and beautiful property has well-equipped kitchens, spacious living area, is very comfortable, and has everything you need. It is in a prime location, minutes away from food stores, Starbucks, restaurants, gyms, expressways, and much more. Great hosts! My family and I were very comfortable and happy. Planning to return and recommended to friends.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of amenities, we had a slight problem which is the owner of promptly addressed and took care of. Overall, a great experience and was pleased to see there were many items that we did not need to buy as they were already there. Would recommend going there and seeing what they have before shopping.

Great location for our need while in Denver. The homes amenities were wonderful. Communication process was seamless. While a few things are getting dated (back screen door and towels), everything else was great. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to have our children and their spouses over for for meals while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

We live across the country and our son got married just outside Denver. We rented this home to be close for all the festivities. The house is well laid out, and perfectly comfortable! Everything was just as the photos and description explained. The homeowner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Wonderful wonderful place that we hope will be available for us if needed in the future.

Perfect house, perfect location

This property is actually as advertised, and as clean as can get. The house is comfortable, the host is communicative and our stay here was an easy 5/5 experience. Located close to most thing, highly recommend for a group looking to explore Denver.

Excellent!!!

The house was very nice!! It is in a great location. We walked to Tennison street every morning and evening. Great restaurants and coffee shops. A few really nice retail stores. I hope to stay here again next time I am in Denver.

Great location!

We had a great stay in Denver! The location of the house was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The property owner was always responsive and helpful when we reached out. The home was beautiful and spotless. We especially loved the large kitchen and family room areas. We will definitely try to book again when visiting our family in Denver!

Convenient to denver

Stayed at this property with my parents and family. We all had plenty of space to be comfortable. Clean and convenient to denver and the mountains to enjoy skiing. Easy to walk to shops, and the park with my children.

Great house great neighborhood!

In town visiting family. Wanted to stay in the neighborhood I grew up in and found a wonderful house. Very close to everything! Beautiful well taken care of property and great communication from the host. Definitely recommend!

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, clean, well-equipped and the host very helpful for the couple of minor questions we had. Super location- Tennyson Street has great restaurants and bars and it’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver. Would go back any time!

Fabulous property!

We rented this house for 10 days to so we could be in Denver for several family events. Lots of great space to accommodate all our event preparation and wonderful places to relax and enjoy time with family. The neighborhood was safe and a great place to walk. All technology worked as it should and the host was very easy to communicate with.

There are countless fun things to do in every direction and getting anywhere from here is easy because it's in the trendy northwest Denver neighborhoods, roughly 1 mile to I-70 and 2 miles to I-25. The mountains are only 15 minutes away.
