This was a great place to stay in Denver. The host was great and explained everything that was expected from the guests and provided recommendations in the area. The Vrbo was very clean and had everything we need for out stay. Highly recommend.

Chris' place was outstanding. Plenty of room. Well-appointed finishes and plenty of supplies. Secured access was a bonus. And the rooftop patio, with a view of the mountains, was a perfect place to wind down the evening. Plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, including a fabulous brunch spot called Mimosas. Highly recommend!

Chris was an incredible comunicator. The place was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to the downtown amenities. Safe and secure place. Enjoyed coffee on the rooftop in the mornings.

Convenient, Walkable Area

Space was great, amenities were good, tons of restaurants and other local interest easily walkable. Would stay here again if visiting the Denver area. Roof garden area was a nice plus for lazy mornings.

Perfect location and beautiful view!

This spot was an easy walk and drive to everywhere we needed to go. The rooftop was a great spot to enjoy the sunshine and view. The home was clean and had everything we could have needed!

Great spot in a great location to spend an extended time in Denver. Within 20 minutes on foot to some amazing food spots, and the included parking facilitates going to more distant places like Rocky Mountain NP or Garden of the Gods. Quiet neighborhood, and the evenings held no more than some light traffic noise. Kitchen is prepped for all levels of culinary creators, and everything worked which was great. The bedrooms are cozy with light-blocking shades. The top level patio was a real treat; bring something for your feet, the floor surface can get very hot from the sun. The owner is great, super communicative and provided all the things we needed. If I return to Denver, this will be my first check for lodging.

The property was very clean and beautiful. We experienced the best communication with the host that we’ve ever had. The place is very convenient to a lot of great restaurants and within walking distance to Coors field. Great stay! Would definitely reserve again if we get back to Denver. Thanks Chris!

Chris was a great host! We ran into some issues with the hot water due to how cold the temp got in Denver and Chris was very responsive and got the problem solved super quick!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’ property. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop space was a bonus. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The house was a wonderful home base for our four night stay in Denver. We would certainly recommend it to others for a stay in Denver.
