Glacier Summit - A Modern Villa Surrounded by the Forest, Wildlife & Rockies.

Glacier Summit is a unique and spacious barn style 2 story Villa overlooking Lower St. Mary Lake and 270° of Eastern Rockies and Glacier Park. The villa was built in 2022 with all modern kitchen and all amenities found in your own home.

The Villa is pet friendly with the entire forest and acreage as an off lease area. There are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. There is a living area that has a comfy double size futon sofa.

The upper floor deck is located at the tree canopy level and surrounded by forest, as spectacular as an Amazon tree house but in Montana.

There is a variety of wildlife on and around property. The dark sky has fantastic stargazing and has a large firepit for climate changing campfires.

The Villa is 10mi to both St. Mary and to Many Glacier entrances. The property is 180 acres with walking trails on and adjacent to the property. Waterton is 40 mi drive.

The Summit is on the West side of Divide Ridge and overlooks the East Rockies. The upper deck is has a spectacular sunset view.

The cabin was great for two couples. The views from the deck are beautiful. The place is well furnished and very clean. It was so nice to have a place to do laundry also. Convenient location to Glacier. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay here. Cozy cabin vibe with modern appliances and everything you need for a home away from home. Very clean. Beautiful peaceful location. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean and comfortable cabin. Close to the town of Babb with a couple of good restaurants and also close to St. Mary's. Felt like you were off grid, but really not very far off the grid!

The location of and views from this cabin are fantastic! We were exactly where we wanted to be in proximity to Glacier National Park and felt like we were tucked into our little cabin in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed - full kitchen, laundry, towels, and enough room for 5 of us to be comfortable. Jon was great to work with and made check-in and out super simple.

Great cabin, gorgeous location

This is a great place for a small family to stay while exploring the east side of Glacier National Park. Jon was easy to work with, the cabin was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the sunset views from the balcony were incredible!

Jon’s place was perfect for our group. The attention to comfort and detail was impressive. We especially liked the location and the open space surrounding the property. The location is perfect for accessing the trails in Glacier. We plan to rent Jon’s place again in the future.

Great location!

This property is ideally situated for people wanting to visit St. Mary's and Many Glacier. It offers privacy without being too remote. We especially appreciated its cleanliness, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay!

We loved this place! Private with all the modern amenities. Nice fire pit and views of the mountains in Glacier. 10 minutes to East Glacier. Would definitely stay here again!

A great little cabin off the beaten path. It had great privacy and great views!! A/C unit upstairs and lots of fans. There’s a little gravel road that you can walk down, bear spray also at the cabin.

I am an outdoor enthusiast whom fell in love in both Glacier and Waterton National Parks when I was a child. I jumped at the chance to purchase this unique property when it came available from a grand child of Jack Wagner, a historic pioneer of this area.

Spectacular location overlooking near Glacier Park and within 15 minute drive to Many Glacier and St. Mary Park entrance. 1 Hour from Waterton National Park Entrance in Canada.

This property is new, beautiful and is designed for travelers that want the same amenities of home. The upper deck is at tree canopy height providing almost a tree house experience. The views from the upper deck have no equal to any other vacation rental property on the East side of Glacier Park. There is a 270° view of the Rockies, St Mary Lake and the Continental Divide Ridge to the East

The Villa is located on in the forest providing tranquility and privacy however only 2 minutes to the 464 highway.

Incredible panorama views of the Rockies and forest. The location is tranquil, with wildlife on the property, sometimes right outside the door.

Glacier Summit was completed in mid-August 2022. It is located on the one of the highest points on the acreage so it has a majestic view of the forest canopy.
