SUMMER 2026 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Gold bend HOA is currently working on a summer project redoing concrete and paver walkways around the condos. You may experience some construction noise and see workers, equipment, or temporary changes to the walking paths around the property. This work is expected to last until September 30th, 2026

Welcome to your Northstar home-away-from-home! Designed with an open main-level living space and separate bedroom areas upstairs and downstairs, this layout offers the perfect balance of shared gathering space and peaceful privacy for families and friends escaping the daily hustle.

No matter the season, this three-story condo serves as an ideal mountain base camp. A short shuttle ride connects you to Northstar California for winter skiing and ice skating, or summer mountain biking and hiking. Guests also enjoy access to premier HOA amenities, including a large recreation pool, kids' pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and more.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-The HOA does require a fee to use the facilities (subject to change).
-Check-out time is 10 AM.
-Campers, RV's, & Camper Vans are not allowed in the parking lot per the HOA and will be asked to park in the Castle Peak Parking lot located by the entrance of the resort.
-Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
-Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 2

This property was perfect for our family getaway. The location near Kings Beach is excellent, and having super convenient parking was a huge plus. Inside, the rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Check-in and checkout were a breeze, and the host was super communicative from start to finish. We had a great time here with the family and would definitely stay again!

Very clean, the area was beautiful and everything was correctly listed. The commutation between them was great. Replied back in couple of minutes

Great Property Excellent Value

Overall we had a wonderful experience at this property. It was well maintained and when we had a fire alarm start beeping in the middle of the night the next day the property management company was super responsive and had someone out to fix it within a few hours.
