Absolutely beautiful property. Location great; walking to coffee, grocery, and restaurants. Short drive or bike to downtown. Beds great, appointments lovely. Well-supplied kitchen. All the amenities one would like in a vacation home.

Exceptional rental! The recent remodel is fabulous. This property includes hi end appliances, new, comfortable furniture in all rooms and the best stocked kitchen i have ever experienced in a rental.The property is very well maintained. Clean, clean, clean. Highly recommend. Pam Merrill

Home was a perfect fit for 3 distinct family groups. Doors and walls are well insulated for sound from early risers using the Kitchen/family room. Home is well designed for all your needs. Walking distance to coffee shop and supermarkets as well as Shoreline Park and 1000 step beach.Hot tub was great for finishing off the days.My family totally enjoyed the stay. Hope to be back in the near future.

Great space and conveniently located! The property was very well kept, beds were comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were perfect to enjoy some relaxing company. We would love to return again soon.

The home was very clean. Hot tube was hot and very enjoyable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen for cooking. Beds super comfortable.

Fabulous property, very comfortable for our group of 4 couples plus one infant. The master suite is superb! Weather and logistics didn’t allow use of the backyard grill or fire pit, but it sure is a lovely and inviting space. We made good use of the washer and dryer in the showroom-like garage. Location was perfect for us. Grocery stores, CVS, coffee shop minutes from the house. An easy walk to the 1000-step beach and a quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara and Stearns Wharf. All in all, 10 out of 10. We would definitely book again. Thanks so much for helping us to enjoy a fabulous family holiday get-together!

We stayed at the house for a 70th birthday party. All girls The house was clean/organized and in a great location Only problems we noted for management company: the back bedroom (not the master) door lock mechanism does not lock at all-either the mechanism is broken or the door has shifted so lock does not line up The back door from the garage to house malfunctioned -we have no idea why-it just started beeping off and we were unable to use that door. Maybe batteries are dead Everything else was perfect -we did not cook there at all The hot tub was great to have the cleaning service for hot tub came to the house around 9 on Monday am

This is a fabulous property. Beautifully appointed and in a perfect location when visiting Santa Barbara. We loved every minute we were there; especially the bedding. My only suggestions would be having directions on the microwave. It is not very user friendly and we were not sure the coffee mugs were microwaveable.Highly recommend staying here.
