Charming house!!

This property was a delight and the renovations were wonderful. The location is awesome and the beds are very comfy. We had a wonderful stay and would totally rent this home again.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The location is quiet and close to the beach, which was perfect for us. The check-in process was easy and the host was very communicative and responsive.

Our stay at the Mesa Beach House was a perfect end to our week long biking trip in the Santa Barbara area. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and sunny, the perfect place to relax. It was convenient to a wonderful grocery store and some great restaurants. Everything about our experience was exceptional and we wish we could have stayed longer.

UCSB move in

What an oasis! Stylish beach house was perfect for two couples and adult children. Home is well appointed with cosy bedding, ample towels and lovely kitchen. Fabulous location with access ttraiks ti Leadbettet beach and Douglass Preserve.

Exceeded expectations

Very positive experience. Well designed home with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and easy to use gas grill. Short walk to beach, grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Mesa Beach House for Wedding Weekend

We had a great weekend stay at the Mesa Beach House. Impeccable design aesthetic with clean finishes throughout. Landscaping was simple and clean, and the neighborhood is fantastic. 10 stars out of 5.

Family Stay for a Wedding

Our family spent a week and we could not have been happier. The house, its amenities, the neighborhood, the nearby children's playground, and the property manager were all terrific. A surprise treat was the Halloween parade we were able to join with our 2-year old grandson.

Beautiful Home In The Perfect Location

If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness and beauty both inside and out, this is the home for you. Very close to all of Santa Barbara's fun shopping, wine tasting and dining spots. Don't pass this one up. Grab it before someone else does!

Magnificent Mesa House!

I can’t say enough about this amazing property! Everything was seamless, the reservation, check in and overall communication. The house is stylish and immaculate. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire pit. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms well appointed and spacious. I could go on and on!

A Blissful Retreat

From the moment we entered, the bright, clean space lifted my spirits. The kitchen was well-stocked and like new, making meal prep a breeze. The neighborhood is perfect for walks, with tree-lined streets adding to the tranquility. Overall, this rental exceeded all expectations. From its inviting interior to the ideal location, it's a top-notch choice for a stellar vacation. Highly recommended!

Perfect accommodations!

Our family group of 6 ( 3 couples) stayed at your lovely home for 4 nights. We were in SB to celebrate our nephews wedding. My sister and husband also live on the Mesa, so the location was perfect for us. We loved taking walks on the beach (4 min walk to steps) and the nearby Douglas Preserve,… easy access to grocery shopping, quick UBER ago downtown, … the house itself is clean and completely redone… set up for cooking meals, easy parking, great outdoor shower, and super backyard for dining or just sitting around the fire pit at night. Highest rating for the whole experience!

This was a cheery gathering spot for a few family members in a wonderful location. A very clean and usable house and yard with a quiet neighborhood, easily walkable and so close for viewing the beach! Will probably return!!
