Perfect location, right on the beach, always clean, have stayed at pinnacle port condos several times and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at this property!! The views from the balcony were incredible, and the beach access was priceless. The location is perfect, with access to both Panama City beach and 30a. We brought our bikes and were able to explore 30a easily. The host’s communication was clear and thorough. We highly recommend this condo and would stay again!!

Best trip. Best place to stay! The unit had everything that we needed. It had great views, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and the best coffee shop on site! We will definitely vacation here again!It a hidden gem! Thanks for hosting our stay! We will reach out next time:)

Best host and perfect condo,

Jeffrey was the absolute best host and the property was as described and most importantly to me, it was very clean. Great views of the ocean and short walk to Carillon market area.

We had the best time. The decor is awesome, it's a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. We LOVED IT! Check in and out was great. Beach there is beautiful.

Awesome Stay at Pinnacle Port

Jeff was awesome to work with and the place was perfect for my family. The view was amazing from the balcony off the family room and there was even a view of the beach and Panama City off the master suite upstairs. The unit had everything we needed. Jeff recommended some restaurants and the beach chair company worked out great too. The beach access and pool were perfect!

Softball Vacation

We come here every year for softball with your family. This property was great! The room was beautiful and cozy. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The property owners were great with communication and easy to work with. We have been to pinnacle port for four years in a row and this has been the best room of them all. We will definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed this property. Location was perfect. My only issue was that our condo was not very clean. My kids feet were black from walking around inside the room with no shoes, underneath the beds hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in a while. Other than that we loved it!

Great stay at Pinnacle Port!

I have been going to Pinnacle Port for over 20 years and have stayed in many condo units on the property and Jeffrey's place was by far one of the nicest! The unit was recently renovated and the flooring, furniture and beds were updated and comfy. The unit had plenty of space for my husband and I and our two teenage sons. We had a couple of days that weren't great weather for the beach so we appreciated the two balconies where we could sit and still enjoy looking at the beach and being outside. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook, enjoy some wine and spread out. The host was very responsive and kind and we appreciated the detailed info provided before check in. Would definitely recommend Jeffrey's place if you are looking for a great value steps from the beach on one side and Lake Powell on the other side. We brought our small boat and were able to enjoy the lake for a sunset cruise a few evenings.
