This house was exactly as described. In a very cute quiet neighborhood and the host Rob was very responsive i stayed there six weeks and had no issues at all would definitely recommend

Nice, quiet location

We enjoyed a nice weekend stay in this very clean and comfortable property. Everything met our expectations, the fenced in big backyard was really nice. Well furnished kitchen and really cool artwork throughout.

Reunion weekend

Plenty of space to host 6 friends for a reunion weekend. Good location and access around the metro area, nice neighborhood for morning/afternoon walks. Spacious and private backyard space.

Christmas season get together

House was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Great backyard if you had a pet. Everything that we needed. We would consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was nice, located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood and had a very large well maintained fenced-in backyard. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. During our visit, the AC unit's electrical panel board unfortunately fried but the owner had an HVAC tech. out within a couple of hours to assess the issue. He even had a backup plan ready with wall AC units in cast the main unit couldn't be repaired that day.He was very pleasant to work with, proactive and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Hidden Paradise

The pictures on this home don’t do it justice. It is much more upscale and cozy than you’d believe from the pictures. The backyard is huge, it’s in a cul-de-sac and feels very safe. It’s quiet no matter the time of day or night. The beds are luxurious and it has every amenity that you could imagine. This is a must stay place if you’re in the area, with a close proximity to a grocery store, shops and great food.

Family gathering

Came to KC to visit family. Great backyard with patio on a quiet dead end street. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. The interior was nicely updated with comfy beds/bedding. It truly is your home away from home. I would recommend some serving bowls and platters as well as a small stock of cleaning supplies and dish cloths. Other than that, everything was great.

Easter Family Weekend

We gathered from several cities in KC. One family member with new baby lives about 1 mi north of this property. This neighborhood is nice, feels very safe. Back yard is amazing. We made full Easter lunch. Bedrooms are nice. Would definitely rent again. Super convenient for us. Wish it had some serving dishes and in summer you’d want a grill. I’ve rented a LOT of VRBO’s and this one is great for a family get together in KC

What a great place! Nice backyard for games and pets. Close to I35 and a pleasant drive to and from the sports complex. Plenty of restaurants near by too. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to any family traveling to the KC area!
