This privately owned family property faces a small cove, with a large flat front yard which extends to the cove. Views from the front patio and sunroom include the cove and classic cottages on the mainland, and an ocean view at the end of the cove. The back of the property is private with a second patio, table and four chairs; separate deck, picnic table and woods. This is always a popular summer location for both renters and owners alike, with an association beach a few hundred feet down the lane.
