Welcome to the Boundary Home, close to everything the southtown's of Western New York has to offer, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. This entire house includes a complete "away from home" feel to relax with friends and family after a day of travel and visiting. There is a comfortable and spacious living room for the art of conversation and a game table for board/card games we played as kids.

We attended the Borderlands Festival nearby and had a wonderful stay at the Boundary House. Everything was excellent. The rooms, the amenities, the house. It was all perfect. Thank you for such an excellent stay

Great location, cozy house, huge back yard

Fantastic place. Hosts very helpful (nearby) and responsive to the minor issues we had. It's an older, charming house with thin walls so bear that in mind. Such a lovely spot and amazing back yard with fire pit and all supplies provided. Also a nice dining room if you wanted to cook, eat etc. enough supplies for that too.

My family and I had a great stay! The house was perfect for our needs and my son had a great time with the shuffle board game! We made great use of the fire pit and even had a deer visit us in the second night. Convenient to everything and super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean House, Great Location

We had a wonderful three night stay at the Boundary Home. The house was immaculate for an older farm style home. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything needed for a short stay. The best part of this house is the location. There is a winery and brewery down the road and Josh Allen's house nearby :) Easy access on and off the highway to Orchard Park and I-90. Will stay here again next time we come into town.

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic property! The home was spacious and full of charm, with a perfect balance of historical character and modern amenities. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, inviting bedrooms. The property itself is stunning—plenty of space to explore and enjoy the natural beauty around us. One of the highlights was the amazing bonfire area, where we spent the evening gathered around the fire, making s’mores, and enjoying the crisp fall air. It was the perfect setup for family time. The owners left a thoughtful gift for us which we enjoy around the fire! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a fall escape. If you’re looking for a place that combines history, comfort, and great outdoor spaces, this is it. Highly recommend it and cannot wait to return!

Unbelievable

The property was perfect, house was the same. You can tell the owners take pride in what they do, and thought of everything. Privacy and peace at its best. Outdoor fire pit, with unlimited wood made it that much better. This will hopefully be my go to for our next game we go to, if it available. Can't wait!!THANK YOU, for everything. Our stay was perfect.

Home away from home

A++ to our hosts. Sara and Jon thought of every way to make our stay above and beyond expectations. The Boundary house is beautifully decorated, well stocked with essentials and more. We received a welcome gift, they had a stocked fire pit and they were very responsive to our questions

Quiet and comfy

We had a great stay at the Boundary Home. Jon and Sara communicated with us from the very beginning and responded promptly to any questions we had. The fire pit was perfect and was prepared with everything we needed. The house is well cared for and everything labeled so finding dishes, light switches and other items was easy. The location was great as well. Away from the city noise, but close enough to get to where we wanted. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Amazing home away from home!

perfect house for 3 middle aged couples to stay while visiting area for a wedding. The home had everything we needed. The host had beautiful touches left for us and very clean. EXCELLENT!

We had such a wonderful stay! Not only was the house very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for a long football weekend and very close to Highmark Stadium. The outdoor space was awesome! We really enjoyed sitting outside at night under the lights and around the fire pit. John and Sara were excellent hosts! They thought of absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend staying at The Boundary Home at Footprint Farms! We would definitely stay here again!

A birthday celebration!

A lovely home, recently updated and perfect for our group of 5. John and Sara thought of everything and were great hosts. The grounds were covered with nice party lights and fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Big lawns, well tended, nice plantings. Beds were comfortable, all was just great. An awesome Brewery is just down the street. We would go back to this rental

Sara, a retired dental hygienist, is a lifelong resident of Hamburg and I, with a career in finance, moved here from Holland (New York) upon graduating from Canisius College. In 2018, after residing in the Village of Hamburg for over 20 years, we built our current home on Sara’s families property which has been in the family for over 100 years.

Hmmm, we are 5 minutes to a really cool brewery, 2 minute walk to a new winery and maybe 7 minutes to the Erie County Fairgrounds where there is always something going on 12 month a year. Good restaurants, quick trips to summer festivals, quiet evenings in the outdoor lounge area...something for everyone is what we say.
