Everything was great, house was clean, well stocked, Pearl was easy to deal with even getting us out chairs for the concert we were going to (Rock The Country festival)Great location between hamburg fairgrounds, Hamburg Gaming & High Mark stadium...Also stopped at Coggins bar on the way back to the apartment..Local dive bar that was very welcomingRocky the pup was very friendly...He loves playing fetch Would definitely rent again

Family reunion gathering for the Fourth of July

The place was perfect. There was a sitting area that we could gather and have coffee in the morning before we went to the picnic Rocky. The dog was very friendly and so was pearl we had we enjoyed our stay and would think about doing it again next year.

Close to everything!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Owner communication was excellent. Very near Highmark stadium (and the new stadium currently under construction) home to the Buffalo Bills NFL team. Close to Lake Erie, South Park avenue with shopping, supermarket, and local restaurants.

The property was perfect for our stay in Buffalo, with two bedrooms and a spacious front room with sleeper sofa. The location was convenient for visiting Niagara Falls and for Sunday Night Football. Our host Pearl was amazing, getting us to and from the stadium which made an excellent trip into an awesome trip. Thank you again and Go Bills!

Great Space and Host!

Really enjoyed our stay. We were down for a wedding but this place is super close to the Bills stadium which would be great for people wanting to attend games. Pearl was super responsive and very accommodating. Rocky, was a great greeter! The space was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and clean

Wonderful , clean little apartment. Great hosts with accommodations. Only suggestion I could make would be to improve the outside curb appeal and surroundings of the lot and building. It looked very sketchy upon arrival. Pleasantly surprised by the inside😊

Good price and enjoyed my stay

Pearl and Charlie were great hosts! Rocky was the best greater! I enjoyed playing fetch with him! The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the cupboards and furniture had bad odors. Price was good.

Check in difficulties were not because of the host. VRBO sent messages that weren't recognized as being valid when I tried to open them. While waiting in front of the unit I called the VRBO help line and got in within five minutes so all worked out well.

The Carriage House was in a great location. Very convenient to lots the area has to offer. Pearl, the host, was most accommodating allowing us to check in an hour early as we had a family dinner to attend. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Buffalo area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable, the living room was nice and cozy, and the kitchen provided all the necessary items. The main reason we selected this place was due to its location which was close to everything we were interested in! Thanks for your hospitality Pearl!
