If you are considering this property - DON'T.I have stayed in many VRBO properties and rarely have had problems that couldn't be resolved. This management company is an absolute nightmare. We checked into the property 1/24 only to find that there was no running water, insufficient heat, mouse droppings in 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes, dead roach on kitchen counter, dirt and hair in at least 2 bathrooms. No shower handle in one suite, ceiling falling down in the corner of the main suite brown stains on the walls of the 2nd first floor suite, and court summons paperwork taped to the front door of the property-being taken to court by the city for operating this short term rental.I contacted the property manager immediately and was told maintenance would be available in the morning. 9 people who travelled from all over the country check into this VRBO and have only 1 functioning toilet, no running water, no heat in most of the suites. No showers until halfway through day 2 (had a professional photo shoot scheduled the morning of day 2, so had to attend that without appropriate facilities to get ready). The management company made zero proactive communication or attempt to rehouse us, did not offer bottled water to drink, no extra blankets - absolutely NOTHING. We all absolutely froze our first night. Unseasonal weather I understand, lack of care for paying guests I do not. Promised a refund for part of our stay and have yet to see that initiated. Avoid this place completely.
