You will love this 1 bedroom condo! Resort like setting close to everything

Enjoy the heated pools, tennis, outdoor grills, clubhouse and workout room on premises. Condo has comfortable furnishings, tile floor, no steps, and quiet secure surroundings. Kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded with new cabinets and granite counters.. King platform bed with memory foam mattress, 40 inch HD TV in LR and small LCD TV in bedroom, full kitchen, and big washer and dryer make your stay very enjoyable. Secure wifi available in the condo. One covered parking spot is reserved for the unit. This is a non-smoking and no pet unit.

Close to the pickle ball courts, shopping, hiking, GOLF, Old Town, and hospitals. Scottsdale is known for its many attractions including Bowl Games, Culinary Arts, the Barrett- Jackson Auctions, Arabian Horse Shows, Art Festivals, Spring Training Baseball, and warm, sunny winter weather.

Enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed our month long stay at this condo. Unit very clean and well appointed. Brenda responded quickly to any inquiries we had.. Complex is close to freeway, many restaurants and local attractions .

Nice one bedroom property

Clean, well kept condo furnished with everything we needed. Condo pool was nice. The complex was quiet and close to many stores and freeway. The owner was very easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed.

Our Home Away From Home

Clean, quiet, close to all stores and freeways. Condo has everything you need as if you are staying in your own home. Brenda is just a call/text away. She responds quickly and answers any questions you have. When we arrived, she met us at the condo, went inside and showed us how everything worked. We would definitely stay at Brenda's condo again when we visit Scottsdale.

Review of Scottsdale Property

Property is well maintained. Responsiveness of property owner was great. Have been gone for three weeks and have still not received a return on the security deposit. We were informed that it would be returned but have not seen anything. Suspect that this is an issue with VRBO and not the property owner.

Great Stay

I won't exaggerate when I say Brenda's condo provided everything you could think of for our stay. Plenty of dishware, towels, condiments, toiletries, and even a discount card to use when shopping at the local grocery. On top of that the bed was comfortable and we were only a few short steps to pool. Everything is well maintained in her condo and she has a notebook loaded with information as well for her guests. Lastly if you have any questions Brenda responded to our E mails immediately back to us.

Lovely property in a great location

Rented the one bedroom condo for two weeks. The unit was extremely well equipped with sundries and supplies. The condo was comfortable, quiet, and convenient to downtown Scottsdale and northeast valley attractions, restaurants, and hiking. Brenda was a joy to work with. Highly recommend this unit!

Perfect Stay!

We couldn't have asked for more! This was a perfect week long stay for my husband and I. Plenty of everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. The bed was quite comfortable. I enjoyed cooking a few meals and it was great having the necessities that I needed. We arrived very late, but we had thorough instructions for getting here and getting settled in. We highly recommend this property!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

We had the pleasure of meeting Brenda when we arrived. She took us right to the condo and showed us around. We had everything we needed and additional information (e.g. closest grocery store) was available in the welcome book on the table. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this to anyone else looking for accommodations in this area.

Excellent location, wonderful condo, perfect setting, quiet, comfortable, everything you need!

We had an fabulous stay for 5 nights. Clean, cozy and everything you need is in this condo! Comfortable bed and quiet area. Location is awesome, so easy to get anywhere and great shops around. We loved the juice bar and grocery store nearby. Excellent hiking close by. Sunset trail, Lost Dog trail. Both trails good for a long or short hike. Brenda was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We had everything we needed. We would come back to this exact spot again!

Perfect Weekend

We had a terrific stay in Brenda's condo. It was easy to find, super clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and the nearby shopping and restaurants at Kierland Commons. We came to town for a wedding and our accommodations made it feel like a real vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt LIke Home. Beautiful.

We found this unit on the VRBO site while we were staying at a unit in Aventura last year and booked it then. It has been lovely - beautifully decorated, well supplied, clean and comfortable. The owner has been informative and accommodating. The complex is well maintained - in good repair and beautifully landscaped. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very enjoyable experience!!

Being close to Shea we thought things would be noisy but our stay was very peaceful and quiet. Friendly and helpful people were everywhere. Our condo unit was very nice for two people and Brenda was very accomodating.

Clean comfortable condo! Would stay here again!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for our two week stay in Scottsdale. Brenda, the owner, is local and very responsive. The condo is set up well for two people. We were also able to entertain family of six for dinner. The new community grill was handy. Also love the community heated pool and hot tub.

Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed your condo in Scottsdale. Good location to Mayo clinic and bike trails. Nice quiet complex. Appreciated the bottle of wine. Enjoyed the large king size bed. A little trick finding the unit at first but smooth sailing after that.

Perfect!!

My husband and I loved this place! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and working with Brenda was a breeze. The condo is located within a mile of grocery stores, pharmacy, good restaurants, medical facility, beauty salon, etc. Super easy access off of 101. We can't wait to go back to Scottsdale.

Great condo in the heart of Scottsdale.

This condo has good amenities. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice pool. Good locale. We stayed for 10 days. Though small it has the right basics for comfort. Brenda was available if needed. We would stay here again. Good value.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was clean and just as represented. Easy to find and close to many good restaurants. Just days after checkout and our deposit refund is already being returned. The owner was very accessible by email and we had no issues that warranted a phone call, but I'm sure she would have been just as happy to answer any phone questions we would have had. Overall, a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for us being within walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and two grocery stores. The condo itself was very clean and had recenly been updated throughout. It was in a quiet location within the complex and was well stocked with everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were excellent and we used the communal barbecue on many occaisions. Brenda herself was very easy to deal with and we appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival. This is the best condo we have ever rented and have tentatively booked it again for later this year. Also, there is a car rental office in the local Fry's grocery store which we will be using next time as it is so convenient. B & K
