BEST LOCATION in resort style complex!!! It is located upstairs, in the furthest back part of the complex, very quiet, backing up to open desert and rock riverbed. Unparalleled mountain views, including McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

2 bedroom-kings, 2 full bath, large walk in closets. This condo is completely furnished with all linens, cooking utensils, Keurig, and many more great amenities. The kitchen has GE appliances. In the unit there are washer and dryer. The unit has been updated with new carpet, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bath has been completely remodeled with a walk-in tiled shower.

Complimentary wifi, cable TV in living room and master bedroom.

Guests have access to three pools, main pool is heated year round, spa, fitness room, tennis court and clubhouse.

Very quiet and completely private. Quail, Road Runners, rabbits and other desert wildlife viewed right from the balcony everyday.

Recent Phoenix Stay

When we arrived our host was incredibly attentive, provided us with a fun filled welcome package and answered all our questions. Shortly after we spent a fantastic month full of lots to see and do when we wanted to be busy....and the pool area was just what was needed on those down days.

The property was beautiful and welcoming. It provided everything we needed for our short stay. It was in a great area and a 2 hr. drive to Sedona. I plan on coming back.

Girls weekend

Close to Casino's, Sedona only 2.5 hrs away, pool clean and near Phoenix. Only issue was trying to get the WiFi to stay connected overall excellent.

Good stay

Good place to stay! Better if you would just have 2 people staying here as the master bedroom is much better than the spare room. The spare room has very flimsy curtains that don’t shut any light out, but that is only issue we had.

In addition to this condo being in a great location. The furnishings were lovely and it was exceptionally well stocked with amenities. We would definitely recommend and would return!

Perfect 2 Week Stay!

This was our first trip to the Phoenix area. We were so pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Everything we needed was there, and more! The complex amenities were amazing. We had fun on the pickleball court and spent a lot of time at the pool. The people in the complex are friendly and walking the grounds was like walking in a park. The apartment was beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. The owner was really responsive and helpful. We are definitely hoping to return next year. Two thumbs way up from us!

Great choice for us

As a group of 2 adult couples we really appreciated having 2 full baths. Loved the quiet balcony for morning coffee and evening wind down. Location could not have been better for how we spent our 8 days being very close to 101. Very pleased.

Spring Training escape

Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortably furnished home and nice to have washer & dryer. Nice deck and view. However, a box spring under the second bed would make the height standard and much more comfortable.

You only need your clothes! It's perfect!

We only use VRBO for vacations, so we've stayed in many, and this one ranks at the top of the list. The hosts stock the place with everything you need: shampoo & conditioner, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There are multiple pillows to choose from, pool towels, covered parking, easy access to the condo, and a washer/dryer with cleaning products. The beds are comfy, TVs are in every room, and the furniture is lovely. The place is clean enough to eat off the floor! The location is terrific. There are huge supermarkets on the other side of the road, and the freeway is 6 blocks away. You can be at Mayo Clinic or downtown Scottsdale in 15 minutes. We will definitely stay there again.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. There was lots of space and it had nice bright decor. The beds were also very comfortable. It was also next to a small green belt where you could watch grouse and rabbits run around and feed during the day. The grounds were also great! There was an amazing heated pool, nice club house with pool table, tennis courts (you have to find your own tennis racquets and balls), and a good basic gym. It is also a great location to drive to anywhere. About 15 min from mall, downtown, Mesa, and hiking spots.

Perfect Winter Rental

James is an excellent host! Communication was great. The property was exactly as presented. We stayed for 10 weeks. This condo is extremely well equipped. Everything we needed was supplied. The condo is in a very quiet spot in the complex. There are three pools, tennis/pickleball courts and a gym. We met a lot of very friendly people at the larger centrally located pool. We will be back.

Awesome stay

My husband and I loved this apartment and the amenities. The complex has 3 pool areas. We liked the one nearest to our apartment as it was quieter than the main pool area at the clubhouse However, we did enjoy using the hot tub at the clubhouse area pool after a long day of hiking. We really looked forward to our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking a small courtyard visited by many birds, especially the quails which were in abundance. We also saw our first Roadrunner from our balcony and heard howling from cayotes on our last night. Location is fantastic for taking mini trips to hiking areas and visiting old Scottsdale. James was a fantastic host and always responded quickly to any requests for help or information. The apartment was quite large however the balcony is really only suitable for 2 people. We found the apartment was the perfect size for the 2 of us.

Nice Condo!

Very nice condo! Everything was well thought out and organized! They had everything a person would want to be comfortable! Candles, pillows and blankets for the family room. Nicely decorated with coordinating comforters, blankets and shams! Very clean condo!Two coffee makers. One for a pot of coffee and one for K cups. Nice attention to detail. Other neighbors and guests are very nice. We would go there again!

Excellent property and stay!

All aspects of our visit were perfect. Exceptionably clean and excellent communication with the owner. Access to grocery stores, restaurants, and bike paths is superb.

Great base to explore Scottsdale area

The condo is well located near intersection of Shea and the 101 which runs north/south on the east side of the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area so it’s easy to get around. There is a a plaza just across the street with a huge Fry’s grocery store and also a few good restaurants. S& V Urban Italian was a favourite. Condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beds were great, very comfortable. Would definitely return.
