Great apartment! Every convenient location close to stores and restaurants. Very clean and had everything you’d need for your home away from home.

Nice play to stay, more positives than negatives but there were a few issues.Pros: very clean, nicely decorated apartment, lovely resort-like pool, access to a gym, host was very responsive initially (there were no sheets for the sofa bed and she had them delivered within an hour); great directions/explanation of how to get into the place Cons: the (very large) apartment complex is a little worn down; the air conditioning didn't work properly (only cooled to 74) and when we contacted the host the second day about this we never got a reply; the apartment is extremely dark--needs better lighting, especially in the kitchen; would be nice if the place were a little better stocked (we ran out of toilet paper--and it was only a two day stay!).

this was a great place to stay. We loved it. rooms are a nice size and bed was comfortable. it is very convenient place to stay.

Natalia was a wonderfully accommodating nd response host. Very detailed directions on how to access the property. Apartment was clean and provided full kitchen with all the cooking utensils and basic for cooking. Would recommend.

I was a really nice space. I will suggestmaybe a lastic bathroom curtain for the shower. It was also nice for someone with little kids, I would also recommend putting the fragrances up higher. Overall we enjoyed the space and felt safe.

The apartment was beautiful and cozy. All the amenities mentioned in the listing were provided. Just 10 minutes from LAX airport, safe and gate community. Everything was super clean. The host is very responsive and communicative. I strongly recommend this property for your stay. We loved out stay here!

This apartment has so much potential. Unfortunately the apartment has not been kept up and the following were found at check in, during the stay, and at check out. - Outlets not working- Un-vacuumed, dirty carpet with bobby pins and loose jewelry - Dirty dishes in kitchen cabinet- Burnt out lightbulb in kitchen requiring a light to be moved into kitchen to see well - toilet plumbing needing repairs - Bathtub slowly draining, needing plumbing attention - Moldly shower curtain - Horrifically stained mattress- Lack of way to access pool and gym - Eviction notice for the actual renter on the door halfway through my stayPlease be aware that nearby dogs will bark. The tub is incredibly slippery, use the anti-slip mat!! The arrival instructions are very clear; no trouble finding the unit. It has a nice covered dedicated parking spot too. It appears this is not permitted to be a VRBO property so guests are asked to remain under the radar. The property renter was very responsive until the end, when I informed her about the stained mattress I found when I stripped the bed. Since then I have not heard back. This is a very cute property, close to the airport and you don't hear traffic. It could be great, however I cannot in good faith recommend this VRBO to others. I am hopeful effort will be made to make necessary improvements.

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est dans une super résidence avec piscine, jeux pour enfants et salle de sport. L’appartement est grand et très agréable, super propre. Il y a une super place de parking, un smart tv, une grande chambre et un petit extérieur.Il manque un peu d’équipement car nous sommes resté pour 1 mois mais l’équipe nous a dépanné. Avec un enfant qui ne dort pas dans un lit parapluie il faudrait un vrai matelas et pas un gonflable. Mais pour quelques jours c’est OK. La localisation est très bien, mais loin d’Hollywood. Par contre parfait pour le bord de mer avec Santa Monica et Venice. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
