This was a very nice rental. We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to grocery stores and dining. The host was also very responsive to any questions we had.

So happy we found this house. It was so comfortable and relaxing. We had everything we needed and Trish was super responsive to any questions we had. We would happily stay here again when in the area next.

Casa Las Palmas is a great stay. It was clean and quiet. The towels were fantastic--very soft and absorbent. Trish, the host, was a great communicator and extremely responsive. We enjoyed the location which felt central to everything we wanted to do, yet was tucked away in a residential neighborhood. We brought our dog and she loved it. We loved the private backyard where we could let her out and also enjoyed taking her on strolls through the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was great. Host was in good communication so check-in/out was super easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and clean. We mostly just used this rental for overflow sleeping for a family event in the area so didn’t really cook or hang out, but the shared space was nice if you plan to do that. All housing and hotels are pretty expensive in this area so while this place is not cheap, it’s really not overpriced when you look at the comps. We plan to rent this place for our next stay in the area. Thanks also to the host for the welcome note and chocolates!

Trish was an excellent hostess! Her house was every bit as advertised - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was conveniently located close to many attractions. We appreciated how seamlessly the check-in process was, and how proactive and responsive Trish was with her communications. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a lovely home in a nice residential neighborhood. Trish is fantastic. She is very friendly, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved staying here!

This is a terrific property with a great location. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well designed. Private assigned parking is plus. The property owner is fantastic and flexible. This is a real gem.

My daughter lives in Los Angeles (my wife and I are in NYC) and she had surgery scheduled so I wanted to help her out for about 10 days, and it made sense to be in a house. I found Trish's house on Vrbo and it was perfect for our needs. In all candor, I can't think of anything that could have gone better. The neighborhood was quiet yet there were stores and services close by. Trish was very helpful and was so kind!This is how I want to stay in Los Angeles for now on.

My Stay

Wife and Daughter stayed here after my Daughters surgery. Nice quiet neighborhood and good location for driving to the beach or sightseeing around LA and Hollywood. Very clean and good communication with owner. Also pet friendly with a small back yard to let the dog out. Also a nice safe neighborhood to walk your dog. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This lovely 2BR/2BA on a quiet street was lovely and well appointed. 2 comfortable queen beds with lovely linens and lots of pillows. Plenty of good quality towels. Full working kitchen and laundry. We spent Christmas here and I cooked a full Christmas dinner. Off street parking for one car was great.Our hostess was in touch and quickly responded when we had a question about how to adjust the heat/AC. She stayed in touch (from Hawaii) during our entire stay and was very caring about how our family stay was going.Convenient to groceries and restaurants. We would stay here again here again. It was a great family retreat for 5 nights!

Beautiful 1930's peaceful escape.

The home is a dream for those who love the the craftsmanship of 1930s homes. The home has beautiful arched windows, small surprise windows, and a beautiful classic bathroom with black and white tiles. Neighborhood is quite and a lovely place for a sightseeing stroll. Trisha was so lovely to us. Communication was quick, easy, and always helpful! I would most definitely return to this beautiful home!
