Cozy Mountain-Side Condo #10 at Greek Peak

Enjoy a fun weekend getaway at our cozy 2 floor condo, located at the base of Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Year-round fun is available with nearby skiing, water park, ropes courses, snow tubing and mountain coaster. Hope Lake is right across the street and open for swimming in the summer. Great restaurants also located within walking distance. Or venture into downtown Cortland or Ithaca. Only 10 minutes from SUNY Cortland! Great spot for visiting families! So much to do!

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, and upstairs bedroom and loft with a full bathroom. It even has a working sauna. It has a cozy queen-sized bed, a full bed and a twin. Plenty of outlets and charging spaces for your devices. It has two TVs, which are connected to the WIFI so you can watch your favorite shows on your favorite streaming apps. WIFI is available for guest use. Come stay at this fun little condo for your weekend adventures!

You will have access to the entire condo, which has a private entrance.

Hope Lake Lodge is right across the street and features an indoor water park, a 5 star steakhouse, and an award winning spa. Two great restaurants nearby. Snowtubing, mountain coaster and aerial adventures are just minutes away, too. Within 15 minutes to RT 81! 10 minutes to SUNY Cortland and downtown.

There are many amenities within walking distance. You can request the Greek Peak shuttle to get you to the mountain if you don't want to drive or walk.

Please note: the condo contains a loft (accessed by a ladder) and a spiral staircase. These may be a hazard for small children and older adults.

Simple But Perfect

This property was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and cleverly designed. The two loft-style bedrooms were a hit with my sons, who loved the elevated sleeping spaces and the fun layout.The location couldn’t have been better—just a minute to the adventure center, 10 minutes to the baseball complex, and directly across from the lodge. Everything was within a close distance, which made our stay feel relaxed and hassle-free.If you’re looking for a simple yet efficient place in a prime location, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The unit was clean and looked as we expected from the pictures. There is only one A/C unit, which is upstairs. So the downstairs can get a little warm in the summer. The unit has a sliding door downstairs and that’s helpful to let in a breeze to help cool it down. This only an ‘issue’ during the summer though. We did have an issue with checking in, as we never got a response from one of the hosts through the VRBO app. Luckily there was a separate phone number that belonged to the other co-host. The one co-host I chatted with about the issue was very apologetic and nice. I definitely recommend this unit though because it’s a great location to the Cortland area, while also being in the country too. My daughters loved the loft area and are excited to stay here again next year, when we make our way out there to see family!

Wouldn't Stay Here Again

This property is very dated and not worth what we paid. It does sleep 5 but the dining table only seats 4 and the couch seats 3 so it feels cramped. There is a portable air conditioner on the main level. There are narrow spiral stairs to get to the second level with the queen bed and bathroom. To access the top level with the twin and full bed you have to climb narrow ship stairs. Be aware of this if you are traveling with elderly people. There are no windows on either level and. It was very warm. There is a box fan on each of the bedroom levels but one was broken. There are definitely much nicer places in the area for this price.
