Cozy Family Condo at Greek Peak – 3 Bedrooms with Mountain Views

Welcome to our clean, comfortable, and cozy three-bedroom condo located at 15F in Arcadia Village at Greek Peak. Whether you're visiting in spring, summer, or fall, the area offers endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation, making this condo the perfect home base for families and friends.

The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area, renovated kitchen, and a convenient ground-floor master bedroom with a king bed and adjacent ¾ bathroom and laundry room, making the layout comfortable and accessible for guests of all ages.

Step outside to the walk-out back deck, one of the best spots on the property to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, along with beautiful views of Greek Peak Mountain.

Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms with attractive furniture, plus a renovated full bathroom with walk-inn shower. A ladder leads to a small loft play area, perfect for kids to enjoy (please note: the loft is a play space and does not contain beds).

It’s a very nice property. Had no issues getting in or during the time of our stay. We re Ted it to visit our niece o er the longLabor Day weekend and it worked out well. Would consider staying here again.

The condo was perfect for moving my son back into college. There were few options that were pet friendly so we were very appreciative! The couch and bedrooms were comfortable. The communication was great, check-in and checkout was very easy, and overall it was a great stay!

Excellent place to stay. We needed a roomy place for our family for a baseball tournament that was dog friendly. This place had everything that we needed including some snacks and treats for the dogs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hi! We've been enjoying Greek Peak for decades and finally purchased a condo in 2018. We found it difficult to rent with our dogs in tow so we decided the time was right to purchase our own place and make it pet friendly for other travelers like us. We live in Ithaca, NY but try to enjoy the four seasons as much as possible at Greek Peak.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love the view from this condo and the fact that you can see the sun rise and set from the back deck. We love that there is only one step to the entry and that there are four seasons of fun all within walking distance. It's a very close community. In fact, one time, our large dog got out of the house and while we were out searching for him, the shuttle bus for the village picked him up and took him around until we arrived back home. We fully stock the condo with cleaning supplies, including laundry soap and softener, bathroom necessities, and sheets. All you need to do is show up and relax.
