It’s a very nice property. Had no issues getting in or during the time of our stay. We re Ted it to visit our niece o er the longLabor Day weekend and it worked out well. Would consider staying here again.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The house was immaculate and the host was very accommodating. If you could think of wanting something she thought of it. I highly recommend this property for any families looking for a ski vacation or has a student at SUNY Cortland and needs a place to stay.

The condo was perfect for moving my son back into college. There were few options that were pet friendly so we were very appreciative! The couch and bedrooms were comfortable. The communication was great, check-in and checkout was very easy, and overall it was a great stay!

Everything was as we expected except the upstairs bathroom the toilet was gross and towel bar fell down every time you touched it.

Short getaway for daughters college graduation

We enjoyed our stay and liked that it wasn’t too far from the town of Cortland. Would highly recommend staying here.

When others reported that the home was well stocked, we questioned it... cause we have been down this road before... but this house was very well stocked. even k cups in the cupboard were a blessing when we ran out of our own. Beds were comfy, and some elements were tired and are ready for the upgrades that were planned. The living area was a nice place to chill and open, so you could still be cooking in the kitchen or making a snack, or even at the dining table, and everyone could see each other. the gas stove was not working for our stay, when we inquired it was going to be replaced. We didn't need it for our stay, but in a winter month, it will be a nice feature. the house was very clean. and i don't think we lacked anything we needed really. the TV is large enough for all in the living area to see which was nice. The window AC units were still in, which was good for me, we used that at night.There is a washer and dryer, we did not use, but can totally see this being a nice spot for the skiers who come. this unit has a great view out the back of the home. we wondered if we would hear neighbors... being a condo... but we heard nothing. We were very pleased. Definitely recommend.

Great stay!

This property was clean with plenty of amenities that a family might need while traveling. The host was responsive when I had questions about the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. We needed a roomy place for our family for a baseball tournament that was dog friendly. This place had everything that we needed including some snacks and treats for the dogs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great space with plenty of sleeping options. Nice open layout for us to hang out in. Host was very responsive and adjusted our reservation when my son's baseball tournament dates changed last minute.

Very warm and cozy apartment with family touches.The King bed downstairs was super comfortable.Location was quiet and had nice views from the back deck. The owners are very helpful and good communicators.
