Charming 2-bedroom Mountain-side condo #11 at Greek Peak

Enjoy a fun weekend getaway at the 3 floor condo, located at the base of Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Year-round fun is available with nearby skiing, water park, rope courses, snow tubing and mountain coaster. Hope Lake is right across the street and open for swimming in the summer. Great restaurants located across the road or venture into downtown Cortland or Ithaca. Located only 10 mins from SUNY Cortland.

The condo has a full kitchen on the first floor. Upstairs bedroom as well as a loft with twin beds, full bathroom and sauna to end your busy day. Downstairs has queen bed with another full bathroom. TV upstairs and downstairs connected to the WIFI. Access to the entire condo with private entrance as well as upstairs and downstairs deck.

Hope Lake Lodge is right across the street with indoor water park and 5 star steakhouse and award winning spa.

Requests can be made for the Greek Peak shuttle to get to the mountain if walking or driving doesn't work.

Note; condo contains a loft which is accessed by a ladder as well as spiral staircase to access the top and bottom bedrooms. These may be a hazard for small children and older adults.

What a wonderful stay! I came out with my son and his friend to play in a baseball tournament and chose to stay in Cortland. We each had plenty of space and the accommodations were perfect.Everything we needed was available . We reallyEnjoyed our stay and highly recommend the location for anyone coming to the greater Cortland area.Thank you again!

Very communicative! Location to Greek Peak is perfect! Fun and cozy layout. Defimiyely on my favs list.

The house was very clean and nice ! The sauna was beautiful and the host was very helpful and responsive. Upon arrival there was a page with activities to do in the area! 10/10 would stay here again.

Everything was clean and in good condition. The host was kind enough to leave some things to get us started which was great. Having the linens and towels included in the rental makes this unit very easy to move in and out of! The only thing of note is that the living space is limited , there is a spiral staircase with one large room on each floor, so not much space to ‘hang out’ in a group. It worked perfectly for our time there, but would have been challenging if we had been meaning to spend more time in the unit. Would definitely rent here again, location is great!

The place was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only caution: there are steep open spiral stairs for anyone who might have difficulty navigating them.

The condo was clean, well-furnished and the beds were comfortable. Anne was responsive and had snacks on the kitchen table for our arrival (a really nice touch). We were there for a baseball tournament (my son, wife and I) and the condo suited our needs well. It was centrally located to the various fields. We liked having separate bedrooms and bathrooms.While fine for our family of three, the common areas were small, which would make it difficult for larger groups to hang out together (even though the condo could sleep 5 comfortably). The spiral staircases connecting the three levels would be hard to navigate for those who have difficulty with stairs.
