Enjoy award-winning restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Steps from the Greenway for easy access to the world-famous trail system and more. Ideal for couples, families, or a group of friends in town for the weekend.

Living Room: Enter the spacious living room featuring a comfortable couch and a 58-inch Smart TV, enabling you to effortlessly log into your preferred streaming apps and enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for preparing a delicious meal. You'll find pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, a mixer, a blender, a toaster, a Keurig coffee pot, and more to cater to your culinary needs.

Bedrooms: Rest peacefully in the master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, and both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Laundry: For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available in the sunroom, allowing you to easily take care of your laundry needs during your stay.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go: downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum and the Momentary. The bed was comfortable and the house met our needs. The bathroom could use an update. The host was very helpful.

We were quite impressed with the property. the beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture was suitable for visiting. the washer and dryer worked great. It was just grand for my granddaughter and I for the weekend - it could not have been better. It was also a trip back in time as so reminded me of the house I grew up in decades ago! Thanks for sharing with us. We look forward to staying with you again.

The location is great. Walk to downtown and restaurants. Also, you can walk to the museum (about 1 mile). Biking is great. The house is not fancy but it is also a reasonable price.

Overall great concept but there were tons of millipedes as well as rat/mouse droppings. This was the largest concern. Seemed as though the house was not sealed so they constantly got in. Had those not been a constant issue I would rate it higher.

Was is town to mountain bike. This cute house was close enough to bike right to the trails! Also was an awesome location to walk to dinner. I loved that part! Would def stay here again! Also-we were able to check in early which was much appreciated.

Great little house with a good location. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking spray, seasonings and more coffee pods . Overall, a very nice stay.

Cute house near downtown

This house was clean and comfortable, with a nice big yard and private outdoor sitting area. Very close to downtown. It was perfect for the two nights we were in Bentonville.

Great location and place to stay. Even had some snacks, which was a nice bonus. But no soap or shampoo in the shower was odd. Would stay again though!

Mountain bike trip

Great location, one block from the bike path that takes you to the main trail head. Walking downtown for food and drinks is super easy. The house is clean and the beds are nice. The kitchen has everything you need and the dishes are clean, nice pans also. It feels like home. I will be staying here again.

Bentonville Birthday

We really enjoyed our stay! The home truly is in the perfect location. We were extremely close to downtown. Close enough to walk, which is great because parking can be a challenge in downtown Bentonville. If you’re in town on a Saturday don’t miss the farmer’s market. Great vibe, gorgeous flowers and veggies and fun dog watching.

Downtown Bentonville visit

This property was perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect to ride from the house to Slaughter Pen’s All American trail and it was convenient to trails for riding around town. Location was quiet and peaceful. The property manager was easy to communicate with and worked with us to get an early check in. We would definitely stay in this house again!
