Welcome Home to this cozy, clean & beyond comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath cabin/condo retreat in the Mountains of Connestee Falls, one of the premier destinations just outside of Asheville, NC. You will love all of the amenities within this Guard Gated Resort-Style Community - including an Award-Winning 18-hole golf course, pool, fitness center, community restaurants/bar & MILES of Hiking Trails right within this GLORIOUS Community, with hundreds of other BREATHTAKING hikes nearby in the MAGESTIC Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina (both Pisgah and Dupont State Recreational Forrest are a short drive away with endless waterfalls)! If you choose to spend any time indoors, you can cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace and fully enjoy this well-stocked home that has every modern-day luxury one could ask for! The Master Bedroom offers a King size luxury mattress, a desk and printer (which you hopefully won't have to use), and amazing views of the lake along with a walk-in shower in the Master Bath. The 2nd Bedroom offers a Double/Twin bunk bed along with a double pull-out trundle underneath! Bathroom #2 has a tub for those who prefer their salt-baths! However, you will find that the best location in this cozy home is the enormous private deck overlooking the GORGEOUS Mountains, Lake with Sunsets Galore! Minimum 30 day stay required, may be available for long-term rental as well.

The views from this unit and the overall community are breathtaking! There is wildlife galore everywhere you look, and you can also enjoy spotting local wildlife from the comfort of the large screened-in porch. Even seen a white squirrel or deer galore, this is the place to spot all of that and more, as you take in the beautiful sunrises/sunsets from this community!!
