Bring the Boat & Bikes to Our in Town Kilmarnock Home from 100 per night. <br>

Vacation in the charming historic town of Kilmarnock. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, museum, grocery and shops. Close to marina and other northern neck activities. Our historic home was built in the 40's and recently updated. Enjoy a calmer pace of life with all the modern conveniences. Price is for 2 guests. Guest 3 through 6 will be an additional $10 each. Small pets (dogs only) allowed for an additional fee.

A short 1.5 miles to marina with daily ramp or weekly slips for your boat, 1 mile to championship golf and winery. Local YMCA offers weekly rates for pool or exercise activities.

Four miles to Tides Inn and Irvington

House includes AC, washer dryer, linens, full kitchen, dish television. Plenty of space to spread out with game porch,
Living room, dining room, eat in kitchen , sun room and outdoor porch. Lots of parking for boat and cars.

No smoking inside please. Longer leases available please email or call for rates. Limit 6 people including children if related, 3 if unrelated. Sorry but due to abuses no contractors allowed

I had a wonderful stay at Sue's house in Kilmarnock! The location is great - just a few blocks to downtown Kilmarnock, so easily walkable. The house is so charming - decorated with some real treasures - and the bed was super comfy, too! Sue was responsive & helpful, & I look forward to being her guest again soon!

The house was just beautiful. Though our stay was short, it was so nice to spend our time there. Everything was just perfect. This would be a great place for a family.

Definitely an old house and with that you have to expect some older house issues. It’s a well decorated home and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower good. The living room seating was not comfortable. One beautiful looking leather chair was broken and the couch was hard on your back. The sticking entry door could also be fixed. Not easy to open and very noisy. It would not be difficult to repair. A few suggestions would be to declutter the kitchen and leave some soap for the clothes washer. These are small things that would help elevate my rating to 5. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt a few changes requiring little effort would make it perfect.

Thanks for your review. A new chair is ordered just not in yet. Laundry sheets are in the basement by the machine. Back door was working fine just after your stay. We appreciate your comments

Very charming home close to Main Street. Quiet neighborhood. The home itself was tastefully decorated and very homey. My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much!

This is our second stay here and we love it. Love the area. Easy and willing ti work with me as i have 3 small dogs and usualky hard to find a place. Sue is a joy to work with.

Overall, the stay was wonderful! The house is in a perfect location walking distance from restaurants in town. The check-in process was easy and the house was clean and comfortable.

Good location with everything you need

This home was located right outside of the town of Kilmarnock. A morning stroll to get breakfast and an evening walk to get dinner. House was perfect and clean. It had just enough space for our family.

Revisiting Roots With Family

Great place to enjoy time with family and friends. Loved the antiques and eclectic furniture and accessories,as well as art work and pottery. Very conveniently located to community amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy this area .

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed this property and had a great time in the Northern Neck. We loved the way the house was decorated, enjoyed the fire pit, and could walk to grocery and restaurants. I will recommend this place to everyone. Also, the host was very responsive with any questions i had.

Perfect for what we wanted

This was such a quaint, charming home and welcoming. We enjoyed the sunrooms and the big dining room for eating and games at night. The location was perfect as it was close to everything. Would stay there again. Had a wonderful time.

Perfect cozy cottage!

Wonderful property, beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could need for a stay in Kilmarnock. Warm and inviting, with a lovely mix of antiques and traditional comfortable furnishings. The owner is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. .

Comfortable well-equipped house in excellent location

This is a roomy well-equipped home with fun and interesting decor. It is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The check-in and check-out were seamless. The owner quickly responded to all inquiries.

Charming cottage

The home was easy to find, charming and tasteful decorated. Every room was cozy and easy to navigate. We especially enjoyed what we called the puzzle room, a closed in porch with a perfect puzzle table and chairs with a comfortable chair off to the side. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our graduation ceremony

We stayed at the house and it was perfect for our weekend celebrations of a dear friend's son's high school graduation. So convenient to Main Street and just a few miles from the graduation celebration stop. Comfortable house and very clean. Would stay there again! Thank you for having us.

We love walking to the amenities downtown as well as the short drive to activities at Belle Isle State Park. The close drive to Virginia's historic triangle satisfies my need for a history fix. The large driveway means we have room for our boat and it's a short drive to marinas.
