This ground floor condominium offers almost 1,000 square feet of beachfront living space, including a spacious living, dining, & kitchen area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook for family and friends and features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, with sofa and leather swivel chairs, as well as a door leading to the unit's covered porch and swimming pool area. The master bedroom offers guests a King-sized bed, flat screen television, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. There is a bunk nook, perfect for traveling with children, as well as a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. An additional full-size bathroom with walk-in shower is located off the living room. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

- This is a ground floor condo, however, you must travel down a flight of stairs from the parking area to the front door. There is no elevator available.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
