Everything about the condo is incredible! We loved the cleanliness, beach access, decor, pool and hot tub, location, beds, quietness, communication with the host, and nearby food locations. Would highly recommend! Made for a perfect vacation!

Very quiet area. Exterminator was scheduled during our stay and we were notified by property management before our stay. We were very pleased with communication and will stay here again.

We have stayed at Latitude 29 in various units for over 20 years. Most of the units have been updated in every way. This unit desperately needs some upgrades and improvements. It appears that they have done a few things to make it better, but they stopped in places where it really matters. The primary bathroom felt old and dirty. The tub has iron/rust stains all over it, the finishes are noticeably cheap, and the towels are thin and small. These are SUCH easy fixes that it’s amazing they have not corrected this. The bedding was also thin and old. Sheets were covered in sand when we got in the bed. The bedspreads on the bunks are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and scratchy. The soap/dish detergent/laundry detergent were low grade. The owners could easily spend a little money and upgrade to some nicer amenities and it would make a huge difference. We would definitely not stay here again until things change. Like I said…we have stayed in a number of L29 units and there are much better ones available. I would think twice if you are going to book here.

Wonderful quiet but fun complex right on the beach!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 college aged kids for 12 nights. We love it here. It is a clean, well located and well-managed unit and everyone was lovely to deal with. We will definitely stay again.

Snowbird retreat

Very comfortable ground floor unit. Walk out to comfortable chairs to watch the ocean waves. Met many nice people and enjoyed the 4pm get togethers. Quiet and convenient to attractions and stores.

Love it

This is our 2nd time staying at Latitude 29. We love it and we’ll keep coming back. We stayed in Unit 26 this time and it’s fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and clean. Easy stroll out to the beach too!!

Paradise at Sunnyside Beach

Perfect location away from the High Rise Condos at Panama City Beach. Quiet, peaceful, had beach to ourselves. Condo was perfect, had a great view of ocean and beach, literally steps away, barefoot all week. We will be back.

Great place to stay

Great views. Ground level walk out to pool and beach. Very clean. Great location outside of PC beach. Only issue was with the parking lot “monitor “…..make sure you have the right parking lot pass!

Great trip

This is our second time staying here. The condo is spotless and has everything you would need as if you never left home. The location is quiet but a short distance from everything. This year we had beach service and they sat chairs and umbrellas up every morning. Totally worth it! Will continue using this condo for our smaller family trips.

Beach paradise

Our family rented several units at Latitude 29. We loved our unit and enjoyed our stay. The furniture and decor are as pictured and kitchen well appointed. Check in and out were easy. We would definitely stay again in this particular unit.

Very nice place with very little people

Loved this place bunk beds a lil uncomfy but you settle in. Being on the bottom floor and walking right out to the beach was 10/10. will stay again if the opportunity arises. thanks

Nice stay

We had a nice short stay! This unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Unit will comfortably fit 4 adults or a group of 6 if some are small children. We liked being right on the beach and close to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with items if needed. Will most likely consider staying again when we travel back !

It is not the normal beach decor but very interesting and unique. It has absolutely every you would need and is spotless clean! Loved the windows, deck, and beach access from there.

The location was amazing! You can’t beat a first floor walk out with beach and pool right outside the door. With kids, it is a must have! You do have to go down a set of steps to the front door, but after that all we did was use the back door which is walk out. Beds were comfortable. Cleanest place I have stayed in. My only complaint would be we heard a lot of noise from our upstairs neighbors. Obviously that is out of the owner’s control, but 4 little boys were above us and it sounded like a stampede. They also liked to vacuum at 8am for some reason. I guess just to note if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs
