We ended up only staying for a few days due to the extreme heat and no A/C.The location is ideal for exploring the local area. You can walk to most places from here.The view of the ocean is great. It’s a very safe building with 24 hr security.There are multiple ceiling fans to circulate air in all the rooms.The center blinds didn’t work in either room, which made it difficult to block out the sun to reduce the heat.The general cleanliness was a challenge. The apartment looked clean but the floors were actually quite dirty. All of our feet/socks turned black after less than 10 mins of walking in the apartment. There was also sand EVERYWHERE, including on the sheets. Under different weather circumstances I would rent again, but it does need a thorough deep clean and I highly recommend the owner/management company buy 1-2 portable A/C units or fans that actually work well. The location and views are top notch.

This is a beautiful, clean, updated property right on the beach. The communication with the host was good and the check in process was very detailed. There were a few things about the property that I wish I would have known ahead of time. There is no AC in this unit and the temperatures were high during our visit. There are several fans in the unit, but I wished it had AC. There isn't a washer/dryer in the unit, there are quarter-operated machines at the end of the floor. This property is listed as having a deck/patio but it is only about 6 inches wide. You can step out and stand on it and take in the beautiful view, but you aren't able to sit out there.
