Highly recommend this cute apartment in a great location in Paris. Comfy bed, hot shower, fluffy towels! Kitchen seemed to have everything although I did no cooking. Loved the coffee pot just like home. I will stay here on any visits to Paris on the future.

Excellent proximity to the Seine, the Louvre, Pont Neuf, and several Metro lines. But the building is a bit grimy and run-down and the apartment is a bit cramped.

Host was good with communication. The door was tricky as stated in the check-in instructions but we ultimately got in. The location was great. It was very walkable to many locations and near the subway lines.

The host was very communicative with check in process. The apartment was clean and stocked with all necessities. The location is amazing, only about 2 blocks from the louvre property. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shopping. If you are using both beds, please specify before check in to the host. There are multiple subway stations within walking distance.

Great property, excellent location, walking distance to the river and museums. Lots of great local restaurants. Well maintained, very responsive owner. Only drawback is that the room does not have a lot of natural light and there is no view.

Wi-Fi stopped working but host was quick to resolve the issue. More towels and a wash cloth would be convenient. A chain on door would make it feel more secure. Small but perfect for 2 people. Absolutely outstanding location!

We love Paris, so staying at the Louvre-Rivoli 1 apartment was perfect for us. It’s convenient to a myriad of culinary restaurants, bakeries, and cafes, pharmacies.The Building is old and true to the Parisian design. The apartment has a beautiful contemporary decor with a nice floor plan. It has a modern kitchen, living room, bathroom and shower with hot water, and a nicely decorated bedroom. Jola, our hostess, was quick to respond to our questions and requests. The check-in process went well. You need to use multiple codes to enter the building and another door, which we liked for security purposes. The climb up the spiral staircase was an experience, especially with luggage on the first day - but fine after that. Only problem was the light for the staircase did not work, so we had to use the flashlight on our cell phone to go up and down. Jola was contacting building management to get it fixed. We highly recommend this apartment!

This is a wonderful apartment to stay in Paris! The neighborhood is walkable to all sites and transportation and has literally hundreds of restaurants near by. Jola is a great communicator and made us feel very welcomed.

Great communication with property owner and location can’t be beat. Easy walking to all the wonderful sites. Getting up the stairs with suitcases was a little challenging but I’m all for a challenge.
