This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. It overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard, access to which is secured by a digital code. Recently renovated, this 30-square-meter apartment consists of a large room divided into various areas, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entryway leads to the dining area with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen and a dishwasher. A single sofa bed can accommodate one person (80x190). A room divider has been installed to allow the bedroom area to be separated from the rest of the apartment if necessary. This bedroom-living room features a sofa bed (160x200) for two people, as well as a small desk and storage space. A closet with a washer, dryer, and wardrobe will also allow you to store suitcases and clothes. This charming apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

Loved the location within the city, loved the neighborhood. Apartment was tiny but mighty, had everything we needed. I won’t sign up again anytime soon to sleep several nights on a fold out sofa and fold out chair (that plus the heatwave made for really unpleasant nights) but I understand the size constraints of the room demand these compromises. Other than that, a perfect stay!

The perfect place to stay in Paris. Central location, everything you need is nearby. It is a studio apartment. The bed is a sofa sleeper. Not the most comfortable bed but just fine for a week. Liantsoa greeted us on arrival and showed us how to work everything. She gave us advice on the area and then came back when we left to be sure we didn't have any issues. She even found a couple of things we forgot. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location

The property is clean, small but enough for two people. If you are looking for the best location it’s the right place for you. We’re not disappointed at all and have had a wonderful time in Péris.

Saint Louis studio apartment

This is the perfect place for 2 people. Very close to the train station and many restaurants. Very easy check in and super safe area.

Great location and value

The local agent met us at the unit and she took the time to show me how to work all appliances which was a huge help. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed going to the local markets. We stayed 5 weeks and loved every minute of it.

Charming little apartment

The location was great! A charming little apartment in the heart of Paris-close to all the fabulous Parisienne sights, but in a quiet location surrounded by cafes & restaurant! Perfect for an evening stroll along the Seine River after dinner.

Great location!

The location was wonderful! It was beautiful to stay on Ile St. Louis - very calm and peaceful but easy access to both the left and right banks of Paris. I loved it! Check in and out was terrific - the Property Manager greeted me in person and also saw me off at the end - even waiting with me until my taxi came to be sure I had no issues!

Great stay in Paris

We loved the apartment on Ile Saint Louis. It was the perfect location for 4 weeks in Paris. We walked kilometres every day. Everything was close by. The island is fabulous, great coffee, restaurants, shops, perfect.

Location! Location! Location!

Excellent choice for affordable place on Ile St. Louis. The apartment is a bit spartan but has all you need. Check-in easy and helpful but no remote option so you have to coordinate your arrival time a bit. The charm here is simple—location! If you want to stay on the Ile as a party of 1-2 persons, it’s a very good choice.

Amazing experience

Location was perfect, close to anything we needed. It was very quiet and clean and had all the amenities we hoped for. Check in with Liantsoa was very easy and she answered all our questions. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend this property.

On the Island

apartment was in the perfect location on Ile St Louis! Easy walk to Notre Dame, Pont Neuf, Musee d' Orsay, Louvre and on into Germain des Pres section. Great bunch of Cafes right up the street from the apartment with great views of the Seine

Lovely Time in Paris

Great location, near several metro stops and other transportation to get to all the sights and attractions in Paris. Lovely neighborhood, we became regulars at the St. Regis Bistro - so friendly and welcoming. Apartment is comfortable and adequately stocked. Everything you need is nearby and walking by the river to come and go is nice.

April in Paris

Liantsoa was lovely. She was patient, helpful and kind. The apartment’s location is within walking distance of major attractions and 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame so we visited it daily. A kitchen and washer/dryer made us feel like we were home.
