We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and available if we needed to communicate with them. The view was spectacular and the entertainment at the pool was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect size and location for our family of 6. Each kid got their own bed and bathroom! All the amenities to cook dinner a few nights. Great view of the ocean! High enough up that we can still see our people at the beach at pool. The sliding doors offer enough sound proof that it's quiet in the room. Overall, great place! Can't wait to come back.

Very clean property with great balcony

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was very large with comfortable furniture. Pools and hot tubs were great in the evenings. In walking distance to Main St. Enjoyed our stay here!

Family getaway with the grandkids

A great family property, the view is amazing, the parking deck is a little tight for a large vehicle, this caused some tension but overall, we all had a great time

Fall Family Vacation

Had an amazing time staying at the Avista never disappoints. Had an issue with the tv and the property manager was so quick and responsive and fixed the issue. Highly recommend we had plenty of room for all 8 of us.

Fantastic!

This property was amazing. John and Terri were awesome hosts. There was an HVAC issue that was handled immediately! The home was well equipped, spacious, and clean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Vacation June 2024

We all had a great time at the beach and did not want to leave. The condo is great! We loved the views, the extra large balcony, furnishings, and all the accommodations. Easy access to beach and pools. Well stocked with appliances. John and Terri were a blessing and wonderful owners to work with!

Ocean View

The condo offered the perfect amount of space for us and had everything we could need available. The views were amazing and the rooms had a good amount of space. It was great to have access to the pools and ocean right there. A lot of shops and restaurants were within walking distances too, so it was nice to be close to everything. They had enough dishwasher pods, and garbage bags which was nice because a lot rentals don't have this. The owners were super nice and easy to work with. They called me and checked in multiple times before and during the trip, which was so nice to be able to discuss any questions we had. We loved our week there and would recommend this rental to others.

Spring Break Fun 😎

The owners of this resort are fantastic!!! They reached out to us as soon as we decided to rent their home. They checked on us through the stay to make sure the accommodations met our needs. In addition, the Avista Resort has a great staff that welcomes you as soon as you check in. All the areas are clean and well kept. The resort rental was 3 bedrooms that is well stocked with the basic needs and CLEAN. We were able to cook an Easter dinner for 6 people with ease with the well-equipped kitchen. The large balcony was a great place for us to gather, chat, and relax. Easy access to the beach. Definitely planning to rent this property again when we return!

We had a great time at the Avista resort condo! There was plenty of room for our group of 8. The view from the balcony was amazing! It was so nice to be able to walk right down to the beach, and for the kids to go from the beach to the pool.It was an easy walk to Main Street. We were traveling with 5 teenagers and we all had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.
