Overall we had the best week, location was spot on, condo was very clean and well stocked with supplies. View was fantastic between ocean and pool. Only downside we had was there were set of stairs outside bedroom window and starting at 5 am that door slammed non stop with employees. It almost seemed as door was broken. We did address it with 2 people but nothing was done. I would 100% stay again if that issue was resolved.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was clean, well maintained and plenty of room. Loved the accessibility near the elevator and the many amenities the resort had to offer. The daily beach chairs was a nice perk too! I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking to stay at the North Beach Resort.

Resort is beautiful but the condo was okay

The resort itself is always beautiful. Very clean and well kept. The condo was okay. The condo smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew and there was mold on the ceilings of all of the bathrooms. The air conditioning was not working at the time of check-in but the host had an emergency repair service come and fix it right away which was great. There was some confusion with the tv's and cable service. In conversation with the host, there was no cable, but there were instructions in the condo on how to access the cable, which did not work. Did not have cable in the livingroom so we were only able to watch football and local stations in the master bedroom. The televisions in the livingroom and other bedrooms only had mediocre streaming services.

I 100% disagree with this review. Yes, there was an issue with the A/C that I had fixed right away (drain pan was clogged). I contacted the guest prior to you and she said the A/C worked fine during her stay. Unfortunately, these things happen. I 100% refute the notion that my condo smells like cigarette smoke or mildew. Smoking is not allowed in my unit and smoking/vaping are highly restricted on the property. Regarding the TV's, as part of our HOA North Beach Plantation provides HD cable. As homeowners we are restricted on our choices, as we are not permitted to have satellites. The TV in the living room DOES have digital hi-definition streaming (provided by the Spectrum App) with clear laminated instructions on how to access it (if it doesn't automatically load). Lastly, I would say, look at my other reviews. I care greatly about my guests experience and would not have the reviews that I do, if my condo smelled like cigarette smoke and the TV's didn't work. Best of luck to you. - Brian

Family Vacation

We stayed here on our family vacation. The condo was beautiful, very nice, clean, and updated. We had a little confusion with the realty company on the check in process, but the owner got it straightened out quickly when I contacted him. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

What an amazing property! We had a wonderful time staying here and had plenty of space and all the amenities in the condo for our family! The rooms were even larger than the pictures show and we loved all the closet and storage space. Brian is an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions or messages we sent. The North Beach Resort is absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation with all of the pools, hot tubs, and beachfront access. Definitely recommend and hope to return again soon!

5 Star Vacation

Perfect location in N Myrtle! The pool amenities were fantastic. The condo was spacious and clean with amazing views of the pools and ocean. The walkout directly to the parking garage was such a timesaver. The storage unit has every beach amenity you could want- and the rental chairs and umbrella was appreciated! Brian was great at communication via text and phone. We will be back- thanks for a great week!
