Jewett’s Gem is a cozy two bedroom condo situated between Hunter and Windham Mountains in the heart of the Catskills. Fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bedrooms that sleep 6 in total, this condo is the definition of comfort. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, full closet, private full bath and smart tv, and a cozy window seat looking out at a beautiful mountain view - sip your morning coffee or read a book on a rainy day. In the Guest Bedroom, you will find two queen sized beds, a full closet, and a smart tv as well.

The Living Area boasts an open space with a couch and two chairs, a working fireplace, deck access, smart tv, a dining area and fully functional kitchen. The breakfast bar can double as a dining space or a workspace. WiFi is available for all guests.

*Full deck situated just beyond the living room offers private Mountain View and patio furniture.

*Ample free parking available in the front and the side of the complex.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful timw at Jewett’s gem. The property was just as advertised with many special details that made our stay unforgettable. Definitely planning to go back soon.

Armando and family were fabulous guests to host. They were very respectful to the condo and I found it just as the cleaners left it. Perfect!. I would be honored to host this family again.. 5 star guests!. 🌟 anyone who has the pleasure to host them are blessed.

We LOVED staying at Jewett’s Gem! My whole family agreed it's one of the coziest and clean places we have stayed. We loved hanging out by the fireplace! Mimi was an excellent and very responsive hostess! The fridge was stocked so we didn’t even have to get much at the store. I recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend, especially after skiing. This place is the best! Thanks Mimi

Stephanie and her family were a pleasure to host. Great communication, respectful of my property. I love that they appreciated my wanting to create the home away from home feeling that isnt just a glorified hotel room. Leaving a stocked fridge , pantry, snacks , firewood makes your guests feel like family. Thats exactly how Stephanies family felt. I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT RENT TO YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN. You were one of my best families to have had the pleasure to host. Thank you so much.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. Amelia was exceptional in Communication and was prompt and helpful, every detail was handled with care. The condo was impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained ,what really stood out where all the amenities – everything we could possibly need was provided and then some it truly felt like home away from home .We would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay. Helena, I am truly touched by your review. I am retired and my Son's thought this would be a perfect hobby for me because I love to entertain and they say I have OCD! LOL. I enjoy making my guests feel comfortable and feel like they are on vacation at home. You and your family were so respectful and communication was fabulous. My downstairs neighbor said your Son was so respectful and helpful. I told her it has to be because he was raised by a wonderful mama thank you for choosing my Jem. I would host you again and again. This condo was well appointed and very clean. One of our best rental thus far. The interior was contemporary modern and quite comfortable for our party of six. Our host MiMi took care of all conveniences for a stay away from home and she was also very accessible.The location was ideal, close proximity to Windham, Hunter, Tannersville, waterfalls and numerous hiking trails. Looking forward to our next stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thxs. for hosting.

Jewitt’s gem is a true gem

clean, comfortable, cozy, quaint and quiet! We have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this is by far the cleanest and the most like home we have ever felt! Mimi has every thing one would ever need at home and may have forgotten to bring. The jewitt’s Gem rings true to its name.

Definitely a Gem, we would rate it an 11 out of 10.

A fabulous beautiful property, it made the holiday weekend beyond perfect. Probably one of the best properties we have ever rented (and trust me we travel a lot). The house exceeded all expectations. It had everything needed/wanted and more. Everything was of superb quality, spotlessly clean and mega comfortable. We would never stay anywhere else when going back to Hunter/Windham. My daughters did not even want to go out to a restaurant in the evenings as it was a home away from home.
