A Sassy Siren - 3BR Duplex on North Topsail with Ocean and Sound Views
A Sassy Siren is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, half duplex style home with unobstructed views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as well as the Intracoastal Waterway. There are water views from every window in the home. There is a beach access only steps away across the street, and there is a shared waterfront dock and fishing pier to the rear of the home. The dock is great for shallow bottom boats, kayaks and allows for fishing and crabbing (kayaks are not provided). There is a park style built-in charcoal grill in the back yard and there is an outdoor enclosed shower underneath the house with hot and cold water.
As you approach this property you will find ample parking in the driveway as well as covered parking underneath the home. The home has a bad weather entry from underneath which makes it very convenient on a rainy day when bringing in your weekly groceries and supplies.
As you enter the home through the bad weather entry it will lead you directly into the kitchen area on the first-floor level. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small appliances. The major appliances include a stainless refrigerator with ice-maker, smooth top range with oven combination, and a dishwasher. The countertop appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, 4 slice toaster and a blender. There are lots of cabinet space for storing your weekly groceries and supplies. There is ample counterspace for preparing your meals as well as an additional portable kitchen island that can be rolled into place for added work space.
Adjoining the kitchen is an open style living and dining area with outstanding views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The dining area has ample seating space for 6 at the dining table as well as 4 others at the kitchen breakfast bar area. For any overflow there is a picnic table on the rear deck just off the living area that will seat 6.
The living room as well as the kitchen and dining area have fabulous views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Bay area to the rear of the home. The living area is equipped with a sofa, love seat, various end tables, lamps, coffee table, ceiling fan and wall art. The living area is also equipped with a large 50” Smart TV with cable, a Sony Blu-ray DVD player, and WiFi is provided throughout. The living area provides direct access out to the rear deck through glass slider doors. The rear deck is equipped with a picnic table, a bar height pub table with two bar height chairs. This is a great place to enjoy those evening meals while watching the beautiful sunsets across the Waterway. This deck also provides access down, and out to the waterfront dock and fishing pier area. The large back yard provides ample space for the kids to play.
On the same floor level and to the front of the home (Oceanside) there is a large bedroom (bedroom 3) with two sets of pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) with a 3-drawer storage unit under each of the full beds. This room is also equipped with a 5-drawer chest of drawers, closet, ceiling fan, flat screen Smart TV (no cable) with Blue-ray DVD. This room also provides direct access out to the private oceanside deck that is equipped with bench style seating. This bedroom is set up to sleep 6 comfortably and is a great place for the kids to hang out and enjoy watching movies or games on the Smart TV.
On this same first floor level you will find a full bath with tub and shower combination as well as a washer/dryer.
As you continue up to the top level you will find two bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath in between. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination and double vanity.
The sound side bedroom (bedroom 2) is equipped with a queen bed, various end tables, lamps, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. This room is also equipped with a Vizio Smart TV (no cable).
On the oceanside of the home you will find the master bedroom (bedroom 1) that is equipped with a queen bed, various end tables, lamps, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a flatscreen Smart TV (no cable). This bedroom also provides direct access out to a private oceanside deck which has great views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Here you will find seating for enjoying those early morning sunrises.
Dogs only allowed with a $175.00 (per pet) non-refundable pet fee. Maximum of two housebroken dogs allowed (no puppies). TENANTS ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN ALL PET WASTE FROM YARD.
