Enjoy a wonderful vacation at family friendly North Topsail Beach. Relax on the balcony and enjoy beautiful sunsets and ocean views. The two bedroom condo has been recently renovated with new vinyl plank flooring, kitchen cabinet doors, new toilets and bathroom vanities, fresh paint, new mattresses and furnishings. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home. Easily accessible with a ramp so no stairs for those strollers and beach wagons.

Topsail Dunes has private parking, a large pool and grilling area.

This is a beautiful condo in a quiet setting. We were two couples, who enjoy walking on the beach, cooking and relaxing. This condo more than met all our needs. We will be booking this condo again.

Awesone vacation

Stsy was good had a problem with the drywr but we u derstand things happen and we made it work with using the local laundromat. Condo is nice and updated and owners were very easy to work with

Fabulous oceanfront condo

We loved the location and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Very convenient indeed. Unfortunately it rained a lot but we enjoyed sitting on the deck reading.

The rental itself was very nice. Love the flooring, and this unit was SUPER convenient to get to and from the beach and pool. Not the owners fault, but we are BIG deck users at night to watch the water roll in and of course the stars....was SUPER disappointed the pool lights are on all night and SO bright. We couldn't even see the stars. Overall though, very responsive owner, extremely well stocked unit and the mattresses were super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Wendi!

This condo was wonderful. It was accessible for my mother, who uses a walker. It was close to the ocean and pool access. Clean and well equipped. The host was quick to reply to questions and everything was as advertised. We would stay here again if we return to Topsail.

Amazing!

I had come in August with my mom and sister and this time I brought my husband and we stayed longer and it was amazing! Hoping to go back next year, but will need to rent another condo for all of the family to go.

Great access to the beach !!

Great location! Property owner was great with communication! Perfect for two adults. Just a couple cleaning issues that could have used a little more attention.Loved the area. We would come back.

3 was listed for online accuracy only because there is no longer the ramp to the beach … the access to the place itself was fine.

I enjoy the Dunes. We did not have pool passes or parking passes left in the room and no way of contacting someone regarding that.

Mary contacted the host and the host was able to locate the parking passes and pool passes in the cabinet drawer. Should have been on the table for easy access so we apologized.

Pleasant Experience

Condo was really nice and updated, came with linens and plenty of towels. The Condo Complex was really nice and well maintained, the parking lot was large enough that there was no problem parking, there is a nice outdoor playground for the kids along with a basketball court, corn hole, outdoor bowling game and a outdoor grilling area with plenty of seating. Also the pool is nice and clean and the beach is amazing. We loved our stay at Topsail!

Perfect!

The view is spectacular!! The condo was very clean.The decor is very simplistic and organized. Owners were very responsive and interactive. We have stayed at Topsail Dunes about 4 times. This was the best visit so far! The condo is very convenient to the ramp, the elevator, the pool, and the ocean. Highly recommend this gem by the sea!!!

Very clean!! Beautiful view of the ocean with close access to the beach. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Done second guess just book! We will be back.
