This is a wonderful home for a family vacation! Check-in and out was easy. The grandkids absolutely loved the pool and the beach access. We had a fair amount of rain but it didn’t dampen our stay at all!would highly recommend and would love to return!

This house was the cleanest house we have ever rented! The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The property is very nice. well designed with quality products. It has very nice accommodations that offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The pool and ocean front decks were nice as well.The only drawback was the ocean was to rough for me to get into the water for a few days. There's nothing you can do about that though.

We had an amazing week with our children and grandchildren! The house was perfect for our family, kitchen well stocked for cooking. The property manager was available and helpful for questions. The pool along with beach access made for a great week! Booking again for next year!

Amazing Topsail Beach House

We LOVED this house. It was right on the beach and had a great pool for the afternoon. We had my parents, my sister and her family, and my family of six all in the house with plenty of space. It is right across the bridge from a Food Lion making groceries pretty easy! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was clean, beach chairs and sand toys were available, kitchen was fully equipped and beds were comfortable! Thank you for making our family stay wonderful.

Not Disappointed

We were not disappointed with our choice to stay in this house. Beautiful modern house with very nice well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was awesome! When we reached out to the owner about a few small issues, he responded very promptly! We would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Long weekend in Topsail

The view of the ocean from the house's two decks was outstanding, and the constant sound of the surf breaking on the beach was very relaxing. We spent most of our time watching and listening to the surf, walking on the beach, and cooking in the kitchen. The house itself was nicely furnished and immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked constantly, and once we visited "Splash by the Sea," a nice beachfront restaurant a five-minute walk from the house. A few basic provisions we expected were missing, like garbage bags and dishwasher detergent, but it wasn't much of a hassle - the nearest grocery was only a few minutes away by car. The host also responded within minutes by phone when we had trouble turning on the exterior lights by the pool and grill - he walked me through turning them on over the phone - problem solved. We had a great time enjoying the sight and sounds of the ocean and the luxury of staying in this beautiful beachfront home.

Amazing Beachfront Property

This House has everything you need for the perfect beachfront family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with dinnerware but pots and pans and the utensils needed to prepare the meals. The views of the ocean, the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We saw dolphins most days we were there. The pool was wonderful with plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy.

4 Generation Beach Vacay

House was great for ages 8 to 88. There were 10 in our group and we never felt cramped. Elevator and closeness to beach made it useable for everyone. Lots of beach to ourselves - the location is fantastic and we were unbothered. Pool is good size and in good condition. The house is in good condition and we had a great stay. Couple of very minor issues. Not being able to open the garage doors isn’t disclosed in the listing, and it makes accessibility more difficult for those who have a hard time with stairs. And the treatment of linens at check in and check out is inconvenient. With those minor issues noted, we would recommend the property if your priority is beach time and privacy. Beautiful place!

As Advertised. What you see, is what you got. No hidden surprises. Quiet area of North Topsail

Beautiful House. If you're looking for a place to just slow down and enjoy a relaxing vacation, this place is it. Tremendous views from the deck, you'll even see dolphins swimming in the water. Steps to the beach made things convenient. Having the pool was a MAJOR plus. Home well-appointed with all kitchen necessities for those who like to cook. If you had any questions Ben was only a phone call to the answer. Would definitely rent this property again Stan M (NJ)

Wonderful family beach trip

We have rented a lot of beach houses and although they were all beautiful, there were always little unexpected surprises (not clean, not kept up, not enough room etc.). This home exceeded our expectations. It fit our family perfectly and was well equipped. The pool in the afternoon after a day at the beach was an added bonus. We would rent this home again.

Awesome Spring Break

Took the family on spring break. Had a decent amount of room for our large extended family. Even though the weather was windy, managed to enjoy the pool and ocean. Property is set up very well. Owner communication was excellent and the rental process simple.

Beautiful well equipped house.

Being right on the beach was fantastic. Pool was nice and heated, even though the weather was cool we were at least able to get in. Area felt relaxed and safe. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful and just as described. We had an amazing week despite some unfortunate weather. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to any of our needs. The elevator was very helpful for my mother-in-law and made her stay much better. We will be planning another family trip back in the hope of better weather. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.
