Total renovation of Lower unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset.
This immaculate space is furnished with new furniture throughout including two smart tv's. Your stay at OASIS gives you access to propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, yard games, and a private dock to soak in all the goodness our Florida sun or, throw in your fishing line.
150' boat dock for your pleasure. Boat launch or rental available a couple of miles away. Use of the dock is allowed for your boat (no charge) and use of covered slip with lift is charged at an additional $100 per day.
RATE CHANGE STARTING IN 2025 - Property will be closed from August 1 2024 - September 30 2025 for upgrades. We are adding a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. This amazing property and location is be the best kept secret in Melbourne beach for those who find it! Reserve now and stand by for updated pictures. Please feel free to email with any questions. We have been vacationing in the south Melbourne breach area for the last 15 years. We final had the opportunity to purchase a vacation home and would love to share it with your family. Things we love about this property is the private deeded access across the street to a private beach. Beautiful sunsets and great fishing right from our private dock on the Indian river. Please use the paddle boards and kayaks and enjoy an hour on the river.
