This is a great spot for your next vacation or balancing your work day with play time in this beautiful beach town.
Elegant, Private, Sparkling Clean & Freshly Sanitized
All linens, towels, and bedspreads are freshly washed with bleach for each guest. The entire beach bungalow -surfaces and floors- is sanitized for your comfort and safety.

Keyless Entry allows you to arrive at your convenience.
Garden Beach Bungalow is furnished with love and care.
Custom-made & refinished antique furnishings create a warm, yet elegant, space.
This private guest house was built around 1925. Walk past the driveway garden to the raspberry door. Enter. These are some of the highlights - 3 bar chairs were revamped for this space with gold paint and blue mohair. Antique writing desk and end tables. Hardwood floors, granite, and stainless steel in the kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave) Old old-fashioned style heater, a claw foot tub with shower, plush blanket make this space an old-school beauty with contemporary comfort. A washer and dryer are available in the adjacent basement for your convenience.
Your patio is private. The guesthouse is yours.
The entryway is shared as is the garden in the driveway.
High walkability!
The location is exceptional - 1 block from trendy Main Street shops & dining, a 20-minute stroll to Santa Monica pier to the north & funky Venice south, and less than a mile from Santa Monica Riviera hotels & in the heart of Silicon Beach. Visit one of the fragrant fresh farmer’s markets or bring your fav book to read while you sit on the sandy seaside. Use one of the beach chairs provided.
On-street parking is almost always easily available. Permits are free of charge and must be arranged in advance.
It's likely my availability will be minimal, so it is best to dialogue before you arrive. I am available by phone almost always and am offline from Friday afternoon to Saturday night weekly and not available by phone or email then. ( emergency phone numbers are listed in the information book in the unlikely event they are needed.)
If you like to walk and have time, there is ample opportunity.
Uber and Lyft typically arrive quickly and can provide transportation, and bus stops are a block away. The expo line, a five-minute drive or 20-minute walk, can whisk you across town in about 45 minutes. If you have a car, street parking is almost always available with a permit.
The beach bungalow is surrounded by an organic vegetable garden and lush plants. You will likely see birds and squirrels during your stay and occasionally a raccoon or even a possum.
The neighborhood is magic. It is a wonderful place to explore and relax after a day of work.
22-mile-long bike path on the beach, nearby adventures you can walk to, and spending time with the peaceful Pacific is a joy. 420 friendly.
All guests are required to provide a copy of their US driver's license or passport before checking in.

I would travel to this neighborhood and spend time at the beach several times a week before living here. It became clear that this was the neighborhood of my heart.
Eventually I was blessed to find my home. This neighborhood is comfortable and safe, and yet eclectic enough to be interesting. A melting pot of dynamic people pass through these locations.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We are half a block from the beach, the beautiful Pacific that is. Walking distance to the Santa Monica pier to the right and Venice is to the left. Main Street Santa Monica is two blocks from here. You can rent bikes or walk barefoot on the sand, or pull up a beach chair which we will provide and sit by the sea and drinking its beauty. You may even see a dolphin or two.
