Perfect for what we needed while visiting family nearby. Great location for us, unit was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use a little refurb but was adequate.

Communication with the host was extraordinary. The location was very nice across from a local golf course. Easy access to PCH within 10 minutes. The place had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. Easy street parking.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Esmail and Maryam's studio unit. They are located in a safe, leafy neighborhood in Santa Monica. There is easy, free street parking adjacent to the property - a huge plus for LA! The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed, and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and we slept comfortably each night. The unit has a mini split HVAC so we were able to have the temperature we like for sleeping. There is a business district with many shops and restaurants within a 20-minute walk through beautiful neighborhood streets.The communications and care from Esmail and Maryam were excellent. They confirmed that we had everything we needed upon check in, and checked with us during our stay to see if we had any questions. We will look forward to staying here again on our future visits to LA.

Great location and easy to find parking next to the house. Lots of restaurants choice around to order delivery. And only minutes drive away from the beaches.

The Perfect LA Home Away from Home

We loved this large studio suite! It has "all the things" and is conveniently located in an adorable Santa Monica neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Great peaceful location

We loved staying here as a family with a small child. The location is great, close to Santa Monica and Venice but very quiet and always has parking. The accommodation is private with a balcony overlooking the golf course. It has everything you need! Would definitely recommend.

A lovely, well equipped unit in a great location

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was comfortable and luxuriously furnished. Very comfy bed. The owners were pleasant and responded to our needs promptly. We would definitely stay there again.
