My place is conveniently located in East Village, situated between the cultural hubs of Wicker Park and West Town & not far from downtown. Even with some of Chicago's best restaurants nearby, you'll love my spacious and fully stocked kitchen. You can also enjoy the giant shower and bathtub and take in the beautiful Chicago skyline with 2 private, outdoor decks. Public transportation and many local shops are just a short walk away! There a 4 flights of stairs.
Please note this property allows children older than 10 years of age. We have very sensitive neighbors and we need to minimize little one running around.
The building does not have an elevator and is on the third floor of a three-floor walk-up. Please note there are 4 flights of stairs to the unit.
East Village, Chicago, developed in the late 19th century as a working-class neighborhood, originally home to European immigrants. It was part of the larger Ukrainian Village area and saw industrial growth. In the late 20th century, it began gentrifying, attracting artists and young professionals. Today, East Village blends historic architecture with trendy cafes, shops, and a vibrant arts scene.

Please be advised there are security cameras at every entry point to the property that are monitored 24/7. There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.
Parties, gatherings and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.
Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.
When checking out do not leave windows open, lights on and doors unlocked.
Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.
Please do not leave anything that leaves a lingering odor.
Please take off shoes after entering the unit.
Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.
Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Loud music, voices, vibrations or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.
Neighbor relations are critical for the health of our listing. We expect neighbors and other guests to be treated with respect and dignity.
Please report anything that is not working or broken.
