Our trip to Chicago was perfect. This apartment was just what my family needed to settle down at the end of the day. Check in was very easy and Adrian responded promptly to my inquiries.

Adrian’s place was great! We were in town for the Chicago marathon and needed a comfortable place to stay with easy access to public transportation. Adrian’s place was less than a 10 minute walk from Jefferson Park blue line station which comes directly from the airport. This line also takes you right downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk through even at night. Several stores and shops nearby too. The apartment is very nice, with an updated kitchen and bathroom with all of the amenities. Adrian was super responsive to all of our questions. When we are back in Chicago we will definitely stay again. Thanks Adrian.

The pictures were spot on. The place was very clean and easy to get to. Our group of adults enjoyed the outside space and the large dining room table that fit everyone for great conversation and fun games!!

Comfortable, cool and clean!

Great decor, amenities, spacious and very clean! Within walking distance (6 min) of CTE and in a great Chicago neighborhood! Really enjoyed the unbelievably comfy bed, relaxing living room and huge dining room and kitchen.

Perfect for our family

This property was exactly what we needed. As a family with 4 kids we needed a place that could support us all and this was it! The location was on a great street with easy parking and the decor was nice but all at heights friendly for a 7 month old. If we come back to Chicago we would love staying here again.

Nice, clean and comfortable

The apartment is just as described, communication is easy with Adrian, the neighborhood is nice and secure, you can get back late at night,. Even tough the apartment is not near downtown, you can find public transportation in a short walk. We would definitely stay at Adrian’s place again.

Grandma and grandchildren

This property was perfect for us. The right location. The property manager was excellent. The place was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed and more. The extra touches were appreciated….plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. Appliances were top notch and everything worked. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Chicago Fall Weekend

We were so pleased with this property! Adrian is a responsive and gracious host. The apartment is spacious, very clean and has all the amenities needed. It was a great location for us while visiting our son in Bucktown just a few minutes away. It was helpful to have free street parking in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this find to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area. We’ll definitely return!

Spacious, clean, convenient

Great location, convenient to OHare. Quiet despite being close to the highway. Free parking out front. Modern kitchen, comfy new furniture, and nice little extras provided. Our A/C went out one evening (it was a cool night thankfully) and the owner showed up in 15 minutes to fix it.

Wonderful stay!

What a very nice place to stay! Having three bedrooms was fantastic. Very clean and many thoughtful little amenities. Was so very nice coming "home" after a long day of sight seeing and being able to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. Short trip to a local grocery and Joe's Pizza. Thank you Adrian! It was such a pleasure meeting you and thank you for such a great experience. Will recommend for business and leisure.

Cool Old Modern Brick Apartment

It was everything Adrian shows and more. Very clean, spacious and solid remodeled brick upper apartment. We stayed on a warm humid weekend and the apartment was a cool quiet respite at the end of our days of sightseeing. It is located within easy walking distance of the train from O’Hare and to downtown. We parked our vehicle in front and dropped off our luggage and didn’t have to drive the entire time. We’ll be back and thank you Adrian!

Positive experience.

Our stay in Adrian’s apartment was perfect and very clean. I cannot say anything negative. Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Lots of restaurants, stores to pick up any necessities.
